This phone has the worst battery backup, using it for last 5 days ... i am really sad to have bought it. The battery drains like 3% for every 9 minutes for just seeing your saved camera pics. Playing subway surfer battery is drained by 7% for 10 mins.Calling for 27 mins on 2G network battery drain is 14% (from 64% to 49%). This is the worst battery backup i have seen, I dont know whether this is with my handset or with everyone. Should never have trusted Micromax. Nokia, Samsung, HTC have way better battery backup. Whats the use of other specification. if you dont get any battery backup.

have you done that thru service centre? how much does that costs? do 21 indian languages supported after lollipop update? worth to update?

And ull notice in lollipop usb internet option to be missing and move apps to sd card is the most important things because not only u need games u need some apps too like facebook, wats app, some camera application and more which is disabled.. In kitkat we used it pretty well and if u install a 8gig of memory card u can actually install 3 high end games because all of them can be transferred to sd card in which lollipop lags to give,i agree u get space but now its not worth it.. My personal opinion will be to buy a stock lollipop device and moreover ull get 2gb of ram and decent hardware power in the new models that are releasing on april-may.

Ranjeet, 10 Apr 2015I agreeDude think what ever uh want to say i just want to say i am having lollipop on my unite 2 i am running asphalt 8 ,gta san andreas, gta vice city ,and dead trigger 2 on my unite 2 ,i have mare than 700 mb ram free r8 nw and ya one thing is true that apps cant be moved to sd card but other thing you have 5 gb space for apps only..... And you cant run mote than 2 high ends game on the phobe at the same time so more meomry is of no use i am happy with update and app memory no isssues in phone and gud battery backup too you just beed battery doctor ,clean master and battery saver running and unninstall some uninstallable pre loaded apps like ask me .com and snap deal etc your phone experience will. Comparable to i phobe this was my last comment on this forum. Go for this update surely and nkw the phone is not heating even when high end 1.5 gb ram consuming game like asphalt is running....rest is on you. ..... If you need update go to nearby service centre and update... Dont wait for ota it wont come easily.. Bye frnds

guys who live in bangalore update available in service centre i just got it updated today its really nice app storage is still a prob i have a 4 gb model otg is fixed and working super

Dont spread false rumours frnd i too updated it today 5Gbspace for apps only right now i have asphalt 8 in my phone still i have2.47 gb free for apps and have more than 600. mb ram free chillchill guys no worries with update at all

I contact micromax care he said old unite 2 not get lollipop update after 1 January new stock mobile get update guy i request you to contect micromax care and claim to update old unite 2

Guys this is a real alert for you all who are dying to get lollipop update on mmx unite 2.. Let me tell u there are many important things which will be missing after lollipop update.. 1. U cant move apps on sd card which means no high end games and limited number of apps 2. Ur usb internet option will be disabled in lollipop version and ur free ram amount reduces to almost 50 mb and there is also a few lags in the ui..
I would recommend buying new lollipop os phones rather than upgrading on this phone
