anu, 03 Dec 2014good features but too many problemsi have purchased canvas L A108 in sept. last and from nov. firstly its Touch was not working properly, its battery get 5% in morning as in nyt it was 70% . i dont what is the prbm with this cell , now i have given this for replacement i not got it back and now almost 20 days got over

i have purchased this phone on august 14...with in a couple of months,the touch was not working ...it was like phone got mad...horrible....i had submitted request for touch replacement at the service centre on november 14....but till now it is out of stock...my paise spoiled...

I have purchased this phone(sep) only use 25days and touch problem on(oct )I submitted service center but till now (11dec)they did not revert me.coustamer care manager saying it will take 2weeks more. I think I have go to consumer court.

I have purchased this phone on oct month, and found issue on touch on nov month, on 5th i have submitted on their service center but till now (11th dec) they did not revert me, i also sent mail to there mail id at (info@micromaxinfo.com) but no reply till now, and their customer care saying it will take one more month. I think i have to go consumer court and take legel action.

i m using this mobile its completely fine
its a great piece and with 0 errors
i got a complete satisfaction with this mobile

All friends, we should go to consumer court and filling case against micromax company and demand for compensation.

extremely bad mobile phone,
its touch not working within couple of week.
Don't by this cell. And micromax service centre take more than two months of time to return cell and than its no guarantee to working good. Once again don't buy this mobile.

Really its horrible. within one month the touchscreen not working. I don't know why the company lodged such type of phones which destroyed their reputation. And one more thing is the support staff, I mean to say their service center is really not up to the mark and their behavior also. I request you all please don't buy this set.

Pathetic Handset Ever made by any company...even the chinese phone are good..
I was late to read the comments here...yes the problem is with the touch....Please Please dont buy this phone its a loss of 10-11k...

This cellphone is not working properly. Main problem is this, touch is not working properly. It's company manufacturing fault customer care already told me, with in one month it's hand-phone is not working. I have submit my phone in customer care in 08 Nov. 2014 and today is 06 Dec. 2014. But i don't receive my phone. So i request for all customers, which has purchased this phone we should have to do chase in consumer court and other customer don't purchase this phone.

Handset is good but service center is very worst. i think those employee sit in the service centre they are uneducated. they dont know how to solve the problem related with different handset. they have only one point that you have to submit your handset for two months. very very poor employee appointed by micromax company. specially MP nagar zone 1 bhopal service centre. pls be focus on your employee micromax company.

I have purchased this phn 3 month earlier but the phn is not working proper i think this model have manufacutring problm bcoz everyone is having the sme problm. And c.care is not able to solve the problm

Guys these phone touch pad problem i given cellphone to repairing at Micro-max care but still haven't received due to unavailability of part. Which they said will available in these week after 25 days still waiting.

Guys buy these phone on own risk as I gave my cellphone to repairing at Micromax care on 20th October but still haven't received due to unavailability of part. Which they said will available in these week after 1 month of idiotic waiting.

It's a very good phone.. I buy this phone in 2 months and there is no problem at all.. All are working good.. Especially no ganging problem like Samsung phones.. Love this phone.. And negotiable price too..

If u want to install more apps don't opt for this & battery is little problematic. For just fun, you can have this.(games)
