Bloody buggers service people as well micromax company people its just waste phone , its better to buy any china phone instead of taking doodle , bloody in 6 months & 10 days my phone battary swallen n service people charging for battry 1200 rs. i request all of us not to buy this company product no proper response from service team also.i just simply thrown this fone waste waste....

I like this phone's design,speed,resolution and camera.
But after 7 months it became dead while charging.

absolutly rubbish phone, battery swollen in 7 months , service center charged new battery and that again got swollen in 3 months , absolute no to this mobile , waste of money

I am also experiencing the same problem.
The battery has swollen within 7 months.
The Mobile restarts automatically for multiple times.
I am planning to take this issue with the head office.
If they do not respond, then will deal it legally.

The most shittiest phone i have ever come across. Phone restarts when a video is played. Battery has swollen up and its just been 7 months! Its out of warranty now. Went to the service center and ordered a new battery. Its been 10 days now, and no sign of the battery.

Dear user,
Please never buy any of the Micromax phones. This is the worst phone I have ever used. Many chinese phones are better than this. My battery got damaged in six months and two days. The warranty is for six months. When I approached to the service centre, I was told I have to deposit 1200 rs for booking the battery. I booked the battery by paying 1200/- in advance. 10 days have passed, I haven't get the battery. This is the worst phone. Its service is also the worst. The persons employed at the service centre in Hyderabad are also very rude.

pathetic. i bought this phone and within 7 months, my battery swelled, had to get it replaced and that began to swell too. over heats very fast, including when charging. Battery drains out fast, especially when on the wifi and gaming. had to switch to another phone in a space of 9 months.

East or west micromax is best.

its a awesome mobile all are good but need some app to install i explained detaily
1.install DU BATERRY saver and select charge option on below and select fast charge in below there is one option Du saver on&off when charge on pls select on and exit.its keeps your battery electrons faster.so battery backup is good.
2.install CLEAN MASTER its clears ram frequently so your phone gets speed now
