Doodle A111 is the worst phone. Their service centre r 2 poor on their part. After 6 months of use, now I am using duplicate battery ERD make. Never buy Micromax. You will be cheated by promises. Don't waste ur hard earned money on Micromax. Better go for reputed Brand with some extra amount. They have authorized all local mobile repair shops, who is not able to do anything. Pls dpn't waste ur money.

I am using Micromax Canvas Doodle 2.
Till today morning, my phone was working. but suddenly it went blank when tried for tathering option. Only red light is blinking.
Please advice what would be the problem and how to resolve it.

Have been using doodle for last six months. No problem faced. From last few days phone restarts again and again. Tried with a new battery. The issue got solved. Phone is good but battery has lasted only six months. checked on net. The damage to battery may be due to over charging.

i have this doodle a111. worst phone . battery problem, gets restarted suddenly and gets restarted again and again. phone calling gets hung. chrome crashes. camera sound cant be stopped. i wasted my hard earned cash. micromax is waste.

hi All,
My name is Aravind and i am from Chennai. I bought Canvas Doodle in Aug 2013. within 2 months, the phone used to switch off and on automatically. This happened very frequently. When i went to the service centre, they said it is software issue and formatted my mobile and uploaded the latest version of the software.
Again in the next one month, many of friends complained that whenever they called me, they got an automated voice that my mobile is not reachable. Initially i thought this was because of poor signal from the service provider (BSNL). I also faced another issue. When i call someone, the dialling will be displayed but there wont be any dial tone and the call will get connected and i used to hear no voice from the other end.
Again in Dec 2013 (just 4 months from the date of the purchase), i went to the service centre and told them the following issues
1. people complaining of not able to reach me (as they hear mobile not reachable automated voice)
2. when making a call, dialling happens without dial tone and not able to hear the voice from other end though the call gets connected
The service centre said its software problem again. They formatted my mobile (all my contacts, messages gone) and uploaded software.
My user experience is worst. Previously i used Nokia and LG and i never had any frequent issues of this sort.
@Micromax - please focus on resolving the existing issues in your smartphones rather than focussing on more sales. you will never be able to sustain your customer base without providing a quality product.
