- Are you using 2 sims? better use one.
- Are you playing games too much?
- Are you using WIFI / data connection / Bluetooth on all the time?
- Minimize brightness to a comfortable level.
- Minimize all sounds and vibrations.
- Minimize all the connections like Wifi / data connection etc.
I hope you will enjoy the phone after setting all this.
All smart phones have this kind of problems of overheating during charging and gaming, quick battery drain during gaming and internet browsing.

Anonymous, 31 Aug 2013My canvas doodle is restarting automatically, it 1 month ol... moreMy Canvas Doodle was restaring repeatedly. I concentrated to remember what I recently did with it.
This is what I did to rectify:
1. I took out the SD card from pone, inserted into a dongle and took backup.
2. Then again placed the card again into the phone and through the phone, selected to erase it.
3. Copied back my stuff into the card.
The faulty SD card was causing the phone to restart. I simply formatted it through the phone, and never faced problem again.

Phone is Supr but battery is very very very bad I m very unhappy to use dis.plz don't buy dis phone bcose battery is very poor ..........plz don't buy..........

it is a very very good phone. no problem for more than 6 months.and the camera is very good .i am only dissatisfied with the battery backup

sound qulity in earphone is not clear nor good & battery life is also very weak auto switch off by launching apps

hi friends there is no overheating problem in battery while charging.
i need to suggest all of you if you are using smart phone then please use the charger of that particular phone model otherwise your phone will start misbehaving may the battery can burst if you are not using charger of that particular phone model.

i want to purchase this mob,and is the camera quality good,is its performance good as mentioned.i hear that a lot of people are negatively posting their experiences but is the 3g available for both the sims and is it available to make video calling or the front cam is just for chatting purpose reply please the users
