This is a far far better phone compared to those expensive sony/samsung phones in the range of 10000-15000. Even it costs much less as i got it for 9600 from the local shopkeeper. Those who criticize it have to admit that all the flaws they mention are not really worth considering. I mean to say there is no company out there which gives a phone as good as canvas 2.2 A114 for mere 9600 rupees. believe me i have used sony xperia u prior to this but there were great flaws with that phone as its GPS never used to get lock. battery backup was so-so. But here with micromax GPS is good, battery backup is good as i get 18 hours of battery backup with normal use. If you take my word go for it without second thought. you will never regret it.

Canvas 2.2 ***** realy a 5star phone better than xperia c and Galaxy Grand. This is the value for your money.Go for mmx canvas its realy great.

After using 7 months,it is smooth nd works realy great.
I use 1 gb games in it it plays smooth.
Like Asphalt 8:airbone, clash of clan .
Iron man. Thor ..it plays all of them smoothly..
Instead i play all this games in samsumg it hangs..
Samsung go to hell.. Otherwise samsung is good.
Micromax is the best company in selling best phones in low price.

canvas 2.2 a 114 yeah this phone is the best. amazing it is.
using since 1 month. best camera best graphics slim sexy n fast. if u r planning to buy it then o for it.

Whenever I use the phone in sunlight the phone screen becomes blank after a single use (a single incoming or outgoing call). The phone is on but nothing is visible. If another call comes, the phone rings but as the screen is blank, we can not attend it.
