Hi..
How to add birthday details to phone contacts in A114. If i edit the contact, there is no option to add birthday or anniversary details. Pls help.

i have heard dat the compass sensor is missing in the handset and hence some important GPS apps wont work.
Also whenever i shall receive a call in sunlight then after the call it shall hang for 5mins ? is it true pls someone tell me

when the data card is put on the sim 2 it is automatically changed to sim 1 on it's usage, why it's happening?

Bugs i have identified in this phone:
1. Proximity/Light sensor do not work in direct sunlight i.e. if you are on a call outdoors, the screen wont turn on after ending the call. (Later after 5mins odd so the screen turns on)
2. The call log neither shows date nor the duration of the calls it only shows time(like this:10.30 pm nothing else)
3. Sometimes after restarting the phone, the icons of the apps which u have downloaded appear twice in the app drawer.
4. The build quality is not good. Cracking sound is heard is heard if u press the phone a bit hard.
5. The sound quality of this phone is extremely poor.(Its the sound IC it has nothing to do with the headphones)

If anyone is wishing to buy this phone please do not buy...This is a very cheap phone..Spend 2k-3k more and go for moto g, its a great phone in this price range. You will regret later if you buy Canvas 2.2(like i am regreting)

The proximty or the light sensor does not work in sunlight..if i receive a call under sunlight then the screen doesnt turn on after the call. Have to wait a 5 minutes odd so after which the screen turns on
Afterall its micromax it has lots of bugs..If anyone is wishing to buy this one, i would recommend you to spend 2k more bucks and go for moto g..its the best phone in this segment.
