AnonD-123341, 24 Mar 2013Hello Nil, Thanks for sharing your transparent and genui... moreyes I agree with u that gsmarna is 4 sharing knowledge but BEFORE SHARING UR KNOWLEDGE U MUST THINK IN WHICH THREAD U R SHARING KNOWLEDGE...in mmx a116 if u tell about grand or any other mobile, then u will be targeted and all people will be against u, and will give bad abusive comments about u...in similar fashion if in grand thread if u give details about hd, no1 will be interested to hear about it and u will be targeted same way by all grand users...I am writing this comment from my own experience in gsmarena, I am a regular visitor of gsmarena for last 2yrs, I have seen a lot (really a lot) comparison of mobile staring from mmx a70 vs galaxy y, galaxy s duos vs mmx a110 etc etc etc now mmx hd vs galaxy grand...i think comparing mobile in this way really doesn't help until or unless u r doing a side by side comparison like videos made by igyaan or tech experts...presently many people r buying galaxy s guos for 13k,even mmx a89 which costs 6k is better than s duos...if in galaxy s duos thread u compare mobiles no 1 will agree with u and u will be targeted...so I think as u have spice mi530, it only be helpful if u give details and ur personal experience in spice mi530 thread of gsmarena...

Very True.
As you said people should take it sportingly.
This platform is not at all meant to prove how smart an individual is. This platform should only be use to share technology, experiences and to find out Pros. and Cons. The out come of this whole process should allow/help/guide people in making their decisions.
As you said people should take it sportingly, and share their experiences and knowledge transparently.

Finally My order is shipped...I got the confirmation mail from snapdeal in the morning and my expected delivery date is 28th march..Courier name is Delhivery..
I booked my phone on 19th feb..Finally a long wait coming to an end......i,m happy now :) :) :)

Thanks for sharing your transparent and genuine decision making process. You were clear about your requirement and use hence it was easy for you to decide an alternate. It is really good to see people like you providing useful information not only by reading them from google but by actually using it.
In my case I have never used low budget phone before and was very much confused between Micromax Canvas HD A116 for its faster and better CPU/GPU and Spice Stellar MI530 Pinnacle for its balanced configuration and added features. Also I wanted to have a device with all basic and advance features, and a Good Battery Backup. I am not a Gamer hence extra speed was not my requirement. After my research on these two devices I bought MI530.
Some people are pretending that they are an experts and knows all about all technologies :)and they are very reluctant to even read posts completely and jumps in to an argument. As you said other part has already started using 'F' word. If you go through my post I have just added Benchmark result of Spice MI 530 to 'Mac's post. I have just shared first hand information I am having with me. But even after repeated requests other part is not reading these posts completely and commenting with abusive language. There is nothing we can actually do :(
Actually this site is to share Technology and individual experiences, Later on same can be evaluated, and discussed in details. This whole process would help people understand more about particular device.
I believe Comparison is also a very essential part while making a decision. Also it helps find out Pros and Cons about any technology or device. So you can compare them with your requirements. It is only up to an individual how he takes it and handles it.
Any way keep sharing good knowledge that will help others.

I REALLY DONT LIKE COMPARING OR ADVISNG MOBILE...I think every person knows his requirements and he can decide his own...for example I wanted to buy a droid with quadcore cpu and 1gb ram mobile...so initially I thought of a116 but coz its not available and I had bad experience with mmx I have bought xolo q800 for only 12k, xolo q800 has same cpu, gpu,ram as a116 and all the sensors in spice mi530 but 4.5inch display but it matched my requirements... as per ur requirements u have bought spice mi530...so I think there is no need of comparison of mobile...
