I had bought this phone on Diwali 2013 this was my second smartphone worth 17550 on that time 2 or 3 times went into water and water comes on camera but even after phone was working fine water goes out through vapor and phone was fine after some time something I noticed on my screen and I went to service center Lajpat nagar they took my phone because my phone was in warranty they ask me to wait for week or 10 days to get it resolved and after every 10 days they said same thing and they wasted my 3 months and 20 months to get it resolved I emailed Micromax and went on social media posted every where but still they took my 3 months 20 days and after that they gave me a refurbished phone Micromax nitro thank god Micromax company shut down the most bad customer service they had and like me there were more than 30 users were coming to the service center every week for their phones but they were not getting the resolution but the phone was very good but the service was worst.

My first android phone, bought in 2014, no issues faced while using it for 3 years but decided to sell it in 2017 due to poor customer service from the service center.

this phone is amazing . 5yrs have happened ,no screen guard then to no scratch a strongest phone
