Guys go for it,dont hear others,they are brand fans.Read reviews,watch youtube vides and Heating is not a big problem its very common problem and found in all MNC brand phones,MICROMAX is the INDIA`S second smartphone and tablet market share holder which is achieved only by 6 years.

Micromax known for battery backup but for this phone its nothing like that.... so poor battery backup

What am trying to say is that, a guy said that other companies are cheating because micromax and other such companies are offering at cheaper rates than the Nokia lg samsung and a likes with the same specs as this colours phone. My view is to point out that the MNC like Nokia Samsung and others as mention above are costlier because they uses costlier hardwares therefore they are costlier while micromax uses plastic that's why they are cheaper. If they put same specs as this phone with 1gb ram 5 inch display, 1.3 GHz then it would be made of glass. I hope you get my point! BTW Nokia 525 display is made of scratch resistant glass under 10k.

athu, 17 Jun 2014battery backup is poor and heating problem except its a fin... moreif its not so hot like you can't handle then its completely normal because heating happens even on other more expensive phones

chottu, 17 Jun 2014I'm posting this review past usage of around a month now. ... moreother companies are not cheating since because I believe the companies like Samsung Nokia lg and moto makes better hardware(glass plus metal), software(adreno,snapdragon), scratch resistant glasses. These things are more expensive to make than the ones used on this colours phone. overall they spend more money on latest hardware and softwares to make their phones while micromax and other such companies are beginners they use only basic materials.

this phone comes with pre installed apps and other such stuff and therefore only 1.5 GB or so is left for users. However you can expand the memory with external SD card up to 32 GB also apps are movable to SD card.

i purchased two days ago canvas a120 colours cam clarity awesome, full hd songs play smoothly, games also no heating issue. battery is not bad.

Regarding the set what can I say: One thing some people's are said this is bad set.
But I things they're Not use or fans of others Band.now I am owner of samsung grand 2 & Canvas colour. I compared two phones in every angle. which I can say...
Display
1) Excellent display at this price range with a 1280*720 HD pixel density of 320 (cpuz) dpi and touchscreen is butter smooth with no lags (the screen is brighter,sharper,Vivid Colour than Samsung Grand 2 /MOTO G sets)
Processor
2) 1.3 ghz Quad core processor(Excellent multitasking capability)
I have tested with multiple apps and it dosent hangs or reboots like most of the Samsung smartphones out there
Gpu
3) Mali 400 mp2 and 1GB RAM is enough for playing any high end games in playstore
(Asphalt 8 airborne, Call of Duty, Shadowgun etc etc runs like a breeze without any lags)
Camera
4) 8mp + 2mp camera is too much Good (1080*1920p Full HD Video Recording) Grand 2 & Canvas Colour both have captured Good Image but grand 2 Over Colour the image so canvas colour is the best Camera.
Heating is no problem.
5) If you use those Devices then tell me... Samsung any High End phones,Apple iphone 5c,laptop,Sony xperia,HTC all are Heating in very Used So there is no problem.
One thing I can say now temperature is hot 40 degree so all are hot.
My only complaint is that Micromax could have provided a little more stronger battery since this is a powerful handset and people will be using it for multitasking

6) grand 2 have 2600mhz & Canvas colour 2000mhz Believe me if you use both phones at the same time the charged supply as same as.
7) Now you can use Original mircomax 3000mhz battery on your canvas colour.contacts Service centre.
Why buy MOTO and Samsung when we have an Indian maker like Micromax and who are providing excellent handsets at price that is affordable by common men.
This shows how the MNC s are fooling people by charging so much for same kind of sets. For full page add on news papers,tv add This penny adopted by peoples.
Just remeber there is a very thin line between Showoff and Stupidity.
Act smart and get MMX Canvas Colour.
