Phone is very slow. It has no specification to update to android version to lolipop .

I purchase canvas 2 colors in May 2014....
phon was very nice till April 2015
but now days most of the time both Sim don't have the courage......
I am facing this problem 7 8 hrs daily.....
kindly suggest me how to resolve this issue.

i bought this phone 20 days ago.it has many many problem. Quick heat and battery back up very very very bad.do not buy this micromax canvas a120 mobile.and do not waste your money for buying this handset.otherwise touch problem.u buy also motoe lenovo 6000 plus.

After buying this phone 3-4 months later the front camera was covered with full of dust, then I went to service centre for repairing this problem.. When l recived this phone I saw my phone was totally dead, it was not be turned on.. They took this phone again with a new problem created by them..
