I've bought this phone when it first came out but now after using for months the battery backup has significantly dropped. Earlier approximately about 5hours could be used but now only 2hours the most upon 100% charge

when I connect my phone to my PC the external SD card automatically gets formatted. I lost all large files games and apps. how to fix this issue?

tanay, 22 Nov 2014I just want to ask that i can't download apps on play store... morethis is a bug. just go to Google play and download the desired apps. wait for sometime for the apps to start downloading if it doesn't start download just close play store and open again (play store) download will start.

i (mohan) bought mobile few days back at local mobile store, with in few days mobile fell down in temple while taking selfie, mobile got swelling instantly near cam... folks please assist in this regard
It is waste mobile....

I bought canvas A120 On 2nd of june 2014... Bt after jst 5 Mnths it become make large problms with me. First , battery backup is too bad.
after 5 Mnths the sensor of this mobile is not working regularly. When there is incoming call, and i want cut the call & For this when i remove the mobile from my ear, then disply light became off continosly & I unable to cut the call.
dispaly light became on after 5 Mints. Bt i cant wait, so i remove its battery.

I have bought Micromax canvas2 clors A120 from ebay, its working good , but it can improve its battery back up,which is not good. My problem is that i cant change date formate in my lock screen and home screen, its remain same as on it was in factory mode. i have gone to servicing center , after re install software even they were unable to do it, and eventualy they have said that it cant be changed. so anyone can help me to change the date format on home screen and lock screen?

On 01st Nov’14 I bought a smart phone, model no - Canvas Color 2 A120 through Flipkart.
I am facing some problems with this phone from a few days back.
When the mobile is in idle mode (unused condition) for a long time specially at night, it goes switch off.The same thing is happening in the day time also in a regular basis.
In the evening of 16th Dec’14 the set became completely dead and I visited nearest service station told all the fact.
They checked the mobile and install the software once again and the mobile became ok.
The same problem is happening with the set from the same night very frequently.
Also the battery backup is very poor of the set. After 100% charging I can use this set only for 2 to 3 hrs.My mail id is arupdey1973@gmail.com. Is there anybody to help me ?????

there is a problm in my colour 2 phone whein i stored new apps it show that there is insufficient storage while memory is empty

very low battery back up .not to use more than 3 hrs in 100% charged battery
