In technical specification on net d internal memory is shown 4gb but a actual by purchasing a121 its shown only 1.5gb why ? Can any body help me about this confusion

My storage memory location is internal memory by default and it cannot be changed to SD card. No such option is shown in settings to change the default storage location.
Kindly help if any 1 knows.

I buy this product from local retailer and they said it will upgard to kitket from service center for the same but they said that update are not come til now and said wait for sometime we will contect you wia SMS but 20 day passed no revert are come.
Abut the phone
(1)This is very pethatic when memory card having 16 GB and msg come not having sufficet memory

Low cost
Snapdragon processor so has Satallite GPS (GLONOSS) not mentioned in many sites but I used it practically.
Cons
Low memory for apps. As most of the apps can not be moved to SD card
Build quality is just enough. Not fine as samsung grand-2
