I bought this phone on 2nd week after launch...it is good phone but battery back up us very poor .i charge phone 2 time in a day. And other featured is very good this mobile.

I bought this phone last week and ther is no heating prblm,processor is gud,no lag,camera quality is awsm as compared to other mmx phones,ram is 8 gb,helpful..overall its a gud phone in low price...m happy with it.

I am using it since 15 days,it has good looking,slim,glossy finish,no chance of lag,8 gb rom,multitasking and the good thing is no heating.
Micromax brand value is improved i think so...

is it possible to replace the battery with high power , i m using this phone from 3 days the only problem which i found is the battery,so if anyone can suggest me a battery with high power it will be very helpful

I have already faced Your kind of problem pls visit another MMX customer service center talk to whole problem ina good manner way ... as per the company policy Your hs will going to replace if you have purchased this p with in 7days ... MMX service center give the DOA certificate then you can replace the whole ph with the new one...keep patience & go to visit again the center. your Good friend.

I have purchased in july 2014 and within a week power on off switch is not working and after 2 days speaker is also not working. And in the showroom there is no response and informed me to give to service centre and there is also no proper response. I hand over the phone but to clear the same it will take 10 to 15 days. Paying our amount and now facing lot of problems with the showroom and service centre.

I purchased this phone 4 days ago,till now it is working good, it supports OTG, phone doesn't get heated, also not hanged excellent features in such price, but battery life is average.

An awesome phone from micromax once again. I am using it for one week now and I am in love with this phone. You cannot expect more from a phone in this price range. Actually it is more than my expectations. No lagging, does not hang or heat up, great graphics, camera is really good. Just two negatives that I felt are that battery capacity could have been better and sound quality in headphones is not up to the mark. even some of the previous models from mmx had superior quality. But downloading a good music player like Poweramp from the play store could suffice your need. Overall awesome phone. dont even think twice before buying it.

shrikant, 11 Aug 2014After i updated all Google products systems becomes unstabl... moreI went to service center they didnt asked me much; just packed my phone;put a label on it and asked me to return it to the shop...bingo my phone gets a replacement ..didn't expected that can happen so fast..Micromax services +1 for that :)
coming to the phone this one is much better. no lagging, and didn't hang at all. screen is awesome, screen brightness is also good.
I have installed battery docter and with full day of usage on 3g my battery shows 45% remaining.:-)
overall fantastic phone and love the MMX services.
