It's not a good phone, no memory card slot and same specifications as canvas 4. Canvas 4 is better than this. Expected more from micromax. I'm disappointed.

Nowadays mostly every phones are chinese phones - refering to parts made and assembly. Difference is check of quality which some brands take strictly care so that their user get good quality product. Problem is Micromax doesn't fall in that "some". Neither they have their proper service center - they make contracts with general mobile service and repair shop as their "Service center". Had a nightmare when I have to visit one. 1.5month of my warranty period went in Service center and after that period I got my motherboard replaced and faulty charger was replaced by used charger of some other model. When I complained about it on Customer care number I got shocking reply "You won't get new charger. Either take the replaced one or take your faulty charger back".
Problem with Micromax is that they are producing the cheap copy product with no back up for their servicing. Their specs only good on paper but practically all their phone sucks.

I just contact your customer care for A240 DOODLE 2 PURCHASED ON 5/SEP/13 and I am Not happy their reply its not good , I told my problem Phone Memory is 1GB and your default application is 70% balance 30% I am not able to load FACEBOOK, TWITTER ,WHATSAPP its showing INSUFFICIANT memory and automatically memory using and there is no prefered storage command what can I do I purchase Rs.19500 this instrument, Please advice me in my mobile 95433 47047 S.K.Hussain I DECEIVE BY MICROMAX

Service center of micromax is very very bad. If u go to the service center they will never behave properly to the cudtomers. So please dont buy any micromax phone

Micromax mediatek 1.2 processor with 1 GB ram is really good n u get HD resolution which is just double than grand. Battery backup is much better than samsung.
