My canvas knight cameo is not working properly i can always use a sim card and a memory card but in past 6days i found a problem in my phone memory of myphone seen 0bite and sometimes an option comes that use memory card and i chose it but after 3 or 4 minutes it return again

Its true that u can either use second SIM or a Memory Card
but there is one more problem I am facing
I can not access internal memory of this A290 from PC whenever I connect to PC I can only access Memory of the external card(Memory Card) but cant access memory of the internal card(Inbuilt Memory)
Any solution ?

everyone do one thing go for the consumer court...and lodge a complaint regarding this....you will get the resolution from there only....coz they won't repair your product...i'm facing the same problem....i'm going to go consumer court regarding this....

I bought this handset in Sept-14 & a problem came of Charge Not Increasing.I submitted the handset at Lucknow (Prince Communication) on 30-Nov-14, but till today(13-Jan-15) I have not received my handset.Its the worst company that i have seen & experienced.The after sales service of this company is the WORST & so is the products.Wont ever recommend this company to any near or dear ones.

Wrost company i ever seen..all the number of sevice center belong to personal peopel..i buy phone just 1 month ago and it stop working and when i give my phone to service center they said it will take time of 1 month.never ever buy phone of micromax

This was my first non ios purchased.
I dont have any regrets in buying this phone. I have been using this phone for almost 6 months now. I have not faced a single issue till now.
1.This phone hosts best camera in the budget
2.Battery of my phone lasts easily for a day
3. Have not faced a any issues till now.
4. 5 of these phones will be available for the price of 1 iPhone
Only draw back I found was, haven't got a single update to os

To make proper use of dual SIM functionality of this phone (easily turn cards and data on/off, schedule SIM on/off switch, etc.), go to Google Play and seach for a free app named Dual SIM Switch Widget. It's a blessing, if one card is for business (working hours).

dont buy it
it seems to be a good piece because the features are really really good,no doubt about it but the charging and motherboard problems occurs in 3-4 months. and the serviece center....takes a lot of time.

I want to say this is phone is cheap and the best. Yes charge will stand for one day not more than that. Apart from that i dont find any issues with this phone and so far people who saw my phone asked a question that whether I bought I phone 6.. It has good design and very light weight. My personal advice to the people who is going to buy the phone is install Clean Master and clean the Junks frequently and boost your ram speed. The photos it is biggest plus in this phone.. we went to London recently and my friends liked the clarity of this phone. You wont believe me we left all our personal cameras in our room and started taking snaps with this phone.. It is a great phone.. Charge level stands for one day. Dont believe the people who gives crap reviews.
