Will suggest you not to buy this phone as it has alot many problems.
1-The phone has a lot of charging issues,does not charge properly.. I had sent it for service..after 4 months since the day I got one..and now again the same problem has arised.
2-When you use any app in this phone it often shows, "unfortunately this app has stopped" , or "Unfortunately this app isn't responding" n then it hangs.
3-You'll have alot of network issues with this phone.
4-The features tell that it is a dual sim phone..but it's actually not a dual sim..it's either you insert a sim or you insert a memory card on that tray.
Extremely disappointed with this model launched by the micromax company.
Not worth spending your money on this model.

Its been working very well, but idk what happened but can't' download files and my thought on that is the SD card storing problem, the reading is perfect.

Got the phone in Sep 2014, there were no major issues till couple of months, but battery draining problem started after 3 months, have replaced the charging point in the phone twice within two years, got it for around 12k, have spent another 4-5 thousand on its maintenance.
Would not suggest buying this phone. Micromax has a painful service centre in jaipur, they take 20-30 days on a average to rectify any problem. From this perspective do not buy any phone from micromax if you stay in town B.

hate the phone...big headache " micromax". problems within the second month including battery,charging,software issues.ruined my 11000 bucks+ 2000(repair cost). do not buy any micromax phone#strongly suggested.

can say gud phone. but i have one. i used it only six months. then the phone get struck up. got serviced but it was not proper. after that battery got discharged in five minites after full recharge. No battery is available for exchange. the service centre in pattom trivandrum, they have no responsibility for this matter. they are saying battery is not available. no way to contact with micromax. think is this phone gud one......???????????

Its amazing... really i have never found these kind of features in camera specially ... in other categories . it is really very appreciable thanks micromax for providing me such a cute set on so low price...
