Poor Wifi
Lags a lot when compared to phones like moto g2.
Battery life poor
Camera is not as good as samsungs 8mp
And u cant solve the network issues. Believe me.. Buy some other phone.

Since the time I purchased the Canvas Gold about 4 months now, have been having wifi issues, the signal drops itself for hours and the only option to restore it is by relaunching the Wifi in mobile. Any thoughts. Formatting the phone made no difference.

I have been using canvas gold a300 for the past 10 months and the experience has been awesome
Pros:
1.deSign philosophy of this phone is fantabulous
2.ltps screen with 401ppi is pleasing to the eyes
3.octa core processor makes parallel computing a breeze
4.16mp camera sensor is mediocre... But still it is by far the best among other mmx phones
5.body chassis is slim at 6.9mm and quite ergonomic
6.the gold body looks like a premium slab of excellence and can roll other eyes to its attention
7.25gb internal user space to the fact that it supports otg
8.mediatek mt6592t coupled with Mali 450mp4 gpu is one of the most tried and tested chip... So no worry in that department
Cons:
1.It's high time that mmx update this beast directly with Android Lollipop 5.1
2.battery capacity could have been better

all slim mobiles heating so that's not a big problem.. if we want to slim mobiles so this is compulsory. this mobile not only low budget people's, this phone for a great people that want to a value of money...

I m using this Canvas Gold for last 10 months .. I have never faced WiFi issue .. WiFi connectivity is dynamic .. Intact better than Samsung .. We have 10 Mbps router at our home .. My wife face problem with wifi but not me .. Yes it has heating problems while playing games .. Camera features are dynamic .. I am fully satisfied with Canvas Gold rather than Samsung phone

I bought this phone thinking it would be great and superb. However there are uncountable problems regarding this phone....
Problem no#
1: battery sucks. Doesn't last even for 3 hours on full charged while playing games n browsing the net.
2: phone gets heated up easily while playing games.
3: 16 my camera is just a rubbish.
4: iv tried many times trying to connect to my home wifi n other but it doesn't get connected.
