Battery suddenly drops to 0% after 50 % when full charged. But till 50 you get all day battery use. Anyone with solution?

Hi
1. According e phone is not battery back up is not good
2. sometime all of sudden it get heat
3.I recharge for 3g but not able to access not supporting properly
4.Automatically it will get off while talking in phone or like that also.
Please help me out to access the idea 3g setting becoz I have word with idea customer care also but its not supporting.

Sandeep, 15 Oct 2014I am using Nitro.. The Phone is really good for its feature... moreU hve to do battery collaboration for this issue. U hve to off ur mbl automaticaly as it happen and charge it in off condition to 100% and 2 hr more after 100% .than switch on it . Its done .

I am using Nitro.. The Phone is really good for its features. even after using the GPS for 3 hrs the charge came down only 10%. but after 50% the charge stated dropping down suddenly. From 25% to 0% it took 2mins only.
Please tell any body else is facing the issue or should i ask for replacement?

today(15-10-14) I buyed canvas nitro was very nice and lot of features.
but why the default menu icons are changed vs old icons the above icon (phone pic) my icons are different
