Triple SIM?? Are u kidding me? No smartphone in this world has a triple SIM func. If u want triple SIM, smartphones are'nt for u.
SUPER AMOLED? No phone with these specs has a Super AMOLED display.
Size is very convinient.
QUAD CORE 2.5 GHZ OCTACORE????? No chipset maker has till now thought of it.
4GB RAM????? Even Note 4 doesn't have 4GB of RAM.
CAMERA LIKE SLR????? U kidding, right?
Its not a camerafone.
And u want this all at a sub 20K budget and from a comparatively small player like Micromax?
Sir, u really need to look in some other department or consult a psychiatrist.

[deleted post]what is the meaning of swadeshi, buying from china, giving ads in cricket swadeshi game, selling it in india. even lava can call them partial swadeshi hive ui is designed by them, u fool mmx nitro is a phone released by chinese firm coolpad, ur calling this fone as swadeshi, god should save india... globalized economy mas many ups and down, we are exporting softwares and bpo services but unfortunately importing telecom equipments.... but the point is this company interested only in making quick money from poor buyers without providing proper after sales service, not investing a penny in r&d, ur calling this is our swadeshi?

Anonymous, 21 Sep 2014Really!!! they r buying from China footpath and you went be... morenewspapers already published how micromax cofounder , even now directing the company rajesh aggarwal for bribery case arrested by CBI, they cant give bribe moneyunless it is a black money, their company represantative already arrested for octrai tax evation of 17.5million inr in mumbai,,, dont troll others comment without valid point.... mediatek never released source code other than android one it has to comply with gpl standards, their take on this source code stand is different...

Anonymous, 21 Sep 2014Really !!!!!! that is why Microsoft has tied up with them....ms sent steven elop as trojan horse inside nokia, demolished the company, they bought board of directors, demolished nokia bought back in cheap rate for 10 years, they are not tied only with mmx, they tied up many chinese vendors licensed os for free, even though lumia series for a royalty for 10$ something,even lava r&d designed hive ui in xolo, what mmx has done? there are many difference btw a company which is not interested to invest in r&d nor in its after sales services, they spent nearly 150cr in last year for add which is equal to the marketing amount for brittannia, heinz... y dont they invest in r&d to atleast design its ui, android one is designed by google with mediatek, mmx are selling partners, on which basis are u calling this is a company, pakka broker company getting phones from chinese wholesalers selling it 2x costlier in india... mlm marketing is not different from this concept eg nitro phone getting it for 110$ selling it in india for 200$ which is released 7 months b4 in china....

1. Only limited to 2G & 3G (No 4G)
2. Only dual sim (now we need at least tripple sim)
3. It is only IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen (but we need Super AMOLED)
4. Size must be at least 5.5 in with 441 ppi it is only 5 in with 294 ppi
5. We need corning gorilla glass 3
6. Dolby digital is a must
7. I hangs too much & processor is slow we need at least 4 GB RAM & Octa Core 2.5 GHz CPU
8. Battery is not good it must be at least 4400 Li-PO
9. Camera quality must be as in SLR, even my hitech KICK 505 has better camera
10. Heats very very fast, now we need phones which will not heat even after playing hi-end games for 1 hr or seeing a full movie.
11. Wifi connectivity must be instant, really we do not have much time to wait for the ph to authenticate & connect.
AND we need all these in a price tag of Rs. 12,990/- or even less.
REALLY MICROMAX....WEORK HARD WORK HARD !!!!!!! ;-)

Not a good set guys.
1. Hanging problem
2. Heats very fast
3. Wifi connection problem
4. Slowness in processing
5. Battrey not good
6. Camera looks like 5MP. Even my prevoius phone Canvas 2Plus camera is far better than Nitro.
One good thing is screen.
I bought it and now iv returned them back. Planning to buy Xolo Hive 8X1000.
