Very good experience with nitro A311. I am using it from 6 months ,there is not any issue. The mobile runs very smooth.

Very bad experience with Nitro 310. It reboot automatically, Android processor, dialer and other applications stops frequently. Visit there times to service Centre Sgnr rajasthan, but problem remains same. Micromax should replace this mobile, otherwise consumer court is only option for me

It is a bed mobile phone , it will heat so soon whenever u operate it , the heat is so much that u can't handle it more , it's upper part will heat which is always near to your ear so never buy this because may it blowup .......so never buy this ...do not see it's features see your safty first and this is so solw ......

I purchased one micromax nitro 310, mobile through from Snap Deals, on dated 22,Oct,2015.
This Snap Deal supplied this mobile through M/S Agrwal Traders, Khasra No.1097, Gali No.8, Main Firni Road, Village Kapashera, Near Falad Nala , City Delhi Satte Delhi, Pin 110037.
Started using this mobile I found this mobile is not connecting to Computer. When discussed with local sales counter, I was told that software is to be downloaded. When down loaded the software still mobile was not connecting to the computer.
Apart from this it is not showing charging although it is charging. While talking on phone it reboots disconnecting the call.
When punched problem on micromax site in place of attending the complaint, complaint was deleted, several times.
When called on toll free, I was advised to go to service centre and call service centre. I visited service centre I was kept waiting for hours. Finally I was told that water entered in mobile. I was shocked to know that by water how only charging indicator and USB connection not working.
If this mobile catches water what arrangements are made to resist it. I have Samsung and Nokia also but nothing happened to them in last six years. I want micromax should replace this mobile and check because I suspect this is second hand mobile supplied to me.

i guess they were going to launch lollipop update by july end still thy havent! facing bad battery problem/.. have to charge my phone twice even on normal usage :?

Very High Touch Problem. Not running smoothly. It's come from service center 2 times in one month but problem is not solve by Micromax team....
Dear Micromax team,
Please solve this problem or replace it.... I am facing big problem with this phone.
