I have Micromax A311
overall phone is just great fantastic
but Micromax care service is just Very bad
my previous a311's had problem like I was using xender suddenly i looked my phone is just burning in heat
and sudden switched off
then I gone to service centre they told me that call after 14days u will get your phone back with repaired
after Many days many months they just told me come after 1month
then I have been very angry
many times I did fight with Micromax service centre
AFTER 8MONTHS one of the Micromax distributer gave me a new Micromax A311
8MONTHS IS JUST TOO LONG TIME I JUST I CANT SAY HOW I WAS FEELING
they replaced my phone with a new a311
and still I'm using this my new a311 .and still I didn't faced any heat problem or any other bad problem

I am using this phone from 2 years and I found the worst battery of the planet. I updated my phone to lollipop also. This phones battery drains too fast.
I can play 8 ball pool only for 1 hour. In one hour it goes down to 25% from 100%.
After this phone I will never purchase any phone from Micromax.

Very poor service from Micromax. They respond to ypur queries. Phone get switched off intermittently.

i have canvas nitro a311 its dispay becomes blurr sometimes or lil vibrating so wht would be the cost of repairing that.
