Please help me a little....it's battery back up is very poor... It lasts hardly 20 hours and people are saying that have battery backup about 2 days and also there is another problem that below 3 buttons are blinking in 1 minute again and again... Please is it a function of anything or problem what should I do help me out please guys... 2 problem is more important for me please

Don't buy this phone,bad battery & battery indicator not show the actual battery left & many times phone automatically switch off

Mobile have not done anything to you.
You are facing problem because care centre is not giving you solutions properly
When we purchase a mobile it should get repaired in 2-3 days else we have to purchase a new one
And after purchasing a new one
What to do with this old one
That is the problem so waste of money
Better customer care should do their duty properly

I am facing constant battery drain even after updating my phone.battery is draining within 12 hours completely with hardly half an hour of use.Anyone else facing this issue?

Let me share my story with the users and followers here. I don't really hope that this story will reach the deaf ears of the people sitting at high positions in the company, but then sometimes miracles happen.
For last 1 year I have been using Micromax Canvas 4. Thankfully I never had to visit a service centre for that and I has happy with the build quality of micromax. So when I needed a new phone I straightaway opted for MICROMAX NITRO, inspite of people telling me again and again about their horrible service quality. I was in a hurry to buy the phone, so instead of ordering that on flipkart, which is always my preferred mode of purchase, I bought it from a brick n mortar shop on 22nd dec. Then I went to an office tour as preplanned. But all my happiness came to an end and my nightmares began on dec 25th. On the holiday season my new phone decided to take a vacation and went in an eternal sleep. I tried everything from removing the battery n placing it again, charging the phone but nothing could make this sleeping beauty wake up. So I was in an important office tour in another state, and i was totally communicationless. But It was still okay till now. I mean afterall its just a machine and machines do break down. Being a student of statistics I know that though unlikely, it is not totally impossible for a machine to break down very early even when it has a high life expectency.
So after spending a mightmarish tour I came back to my home city Lucknow and went to a service centre. It was 6th Jan. Their first response was that ur battery has been fully discharged. wait for 1 hr and we will make it work. I was spellbound. Really? just 1 hour? SO whatever I heard about Micromax services are all wrong? They are really that much efficient? But alas, my joy came to an end when even after 2 and a half hour they couldn't charge the battery enough to make it start. My handset was a stubborn SOB. So they next told me to deposit it. When I asked for a time limit that they will call me in 2 days n give me further update. There is a high probability that the phone will be repaired by then. But 2 days went by, 4 days went by, 6 dayswent by, finally today, a week later I decided to give them a call myself. And I got to know that my handset was indeed to stubborn and as a last remedy they decided to change its main board (or something like that). But this great company didn't think it necessary to keep the facility of that surgery in a small town like lucknow, so it has to be sent to Delhi.
Now comes the most fun part. When I asked for a time estimate again the service centre guy said visit or call us again on 10th Feb. I HOPE it will be repaired by then. When i asked in a surprised voice "So long?" he said to casually "45-60 days to normally lagta hi hain sir." (Taking 45-60 days for this is very usual). and then as an assurance he said "don't worry sir, your warranty will get extended accordingly." As if all I care about the warranty extension and the problems I m facing because of not having a phone though I have paid for it is not an issue at all.
Now I am really regretting for not buying this phone from flipkart coz I know as a matter of fact that flipkart, though not the manufacturer, cares about its customers so much that they replace any item they sell if it comes out to be faulty within 20 days of purchase. But aparently micromax has no such obligations. They can sell any piece of crap and take the money and they give the actual product at their own leisure in the name of servicing.

Before A310 Canvas Nitro I used grand 2 it's megapixels is more than grand 2 but picture quality isn't good than grand 2 others all things are fabulous

Overall Its very good phone, Iam using this Phone from last three months and I've not found any issue with this handset. I'll advice go for it.
