Its one of the best among smart phones with a price tag of 20k with some awasome festures ....un beat able....very smooth with no lags at all can play high end games like asphalt 8, blades linger, FL commando 2 and of course both the camers are mind blowing...

But recently i faced a camera issue in which the front camera shows brilliant images when you focus but once clicked the processed result is very ordinary,i immediately checked with the nearby service centre and they admitted the camera being faulty but what was most disappointing was their reply. They said they will take atlest 30 days to get it sorted, get a life jus 25 day old phone n they want me to give it back for another 30-40 days. This is pathetic after sales service. Highly dissatisfied by the services of mircomax service center at borivali west near 8 no platform. They are inefficient.

I ordered Canvas Knight on 15th of March. after so many follow ups on mail and calls on customer care, i got the product on 9th of April.
Here is my experience with Canvas Knight:
Pros: 1)Display: High resolution display is quite crystal and crispy even when you reduced the brightness to lower level to save battery.
2)Camera: Both front and rear camera is simply awesome. Especially front camera is superb for selfie shots.
3)Processor: As the processor is octacore and phone is powered with 2GHZ RAM. Playing HD videos and games are smooth.
4)Battery: It lasts for 1 day which is fine with smart phone under moderate usage of phone with Internet full day on, calls, camera,gaming and chat.
5)Music: Earphone sound is ok type. However, loudspeaker is quite good while listening music or watching videos.
6) Looks: It looks fab. Sidewise like an I-phone and front wise Xperia Z. Sleek look with golden border.
Cons:
The only cons i felt was heating issue with the phone, especially when camera is on for more than 5 mins. However, i think this issue normally found in smartphones and we hardly use camera for more than 5 mins. recording.
Verdict: Best deal for 20k bucks. Best than Samsung grand 2 or Sony Experia C.
Suggestion: Micromax needs to improve their customer care service.

AnonD-253625, 17 Apr 2014m using this phone for 15 days. its heating after 5 mins of... morer u seriously using the phone???? cos i dont thnk it shud hang n as far as heating is concerned i heard its after an hour of usage rather than 5 mins......i can hard reset ur phone if u r facing hanging.....also rush to the service centre for heating

I have been using canvas knight for last 1 month.really its very good phone in all aspects such as camera,build,design,storage. I have not noticed any problem till date.heating is a normal process.

I Ordered on 11th march - the day they launch white + Gold online and got 21st March as the delivery date.. Whenever u call them, their response- It will be dispatched in this week friday. Called them on each time, they say it will be dispatched in 1 week. and now they say the canvas knights have some internal problem and they don't have any stock, then asked me to call next month. GREAT!! I am left wondering just how did they become No. 2 smartphone seller of the country and they are only telling the best phone till date.. I got so many official mails as well about date of dispatching but when we call if not dispatched they again told we will dispatch in this week...So pathetic.. was so excited abt phone & now i just hate micromax....dont order it guys...instead go for alternatives

I have been using Micromax A350 from 1 month. This is a very bad phone from Micromax. Heats, restarts frequently around 10-15 timeas a day. The service center is waste. They cannot figure the issue.Only the cameras are good. One terrifying info I got from ASC is that the screen will take 14000 to replace if faulty (broken/outside warranty). Think twice before you buy this SHIT with your hard earned money

its battery life is not looking good. with a 1080p display and octa core processor it will drain fast.
the android version is old and i don't think they will update it for sure. the rear camera is 16mp but overall picture quality isn't good. moto x can give a better buy although it costs some bucks more.

don't complain about heating problem every phone has heating problem , heating is less when compared to other smartphones

no... phone doesn't hang at all :) , but there is little heating problem when you play games or surf internet for more than 5 hrs continuously , and this heat is not the big deal, every phone has heat.... so its not a problem :) , i bought it in micromax store 1 month back, now they are out of stock, phone will be available in flip cart in end of this month, u can buy there :)
