Everything is fine we all agree that this phone is a masterstroke my Micromax, what is the use of praising the mobile day and night if no is being able to use it. It is not available in any mobile showrooms in India. In the website of Micromax, only white and gold is available but there is surety when it will be delivered. I asked the micromax store they said it will be available in the stores at least a month later. Can anyone have any information on the availability> I want to buy the black n gold from Kolkata.

It is a very excellent phone and much better than
Elife E7 and i would recommend all of you to buy this phone. I have experienced as i have it.

Got the Micromax Canvas 4 A210 about 7 months back & the Micromax Knight A350 around 15 days back. Admitted that these are loaded with a host of features at the given low prices. Canvas 4 was ok for first 4 months but it developed a thin yellow line vertically on the screen. Have called the micromax company at least 4 times & they say that they will get back & still no response. Whereas their flagship product the Knight has been loosing signals on both the sims just after 2 days of purchase. Took it to the authorised service centre & they were not very customer friendly. Gave me a feeling that it was my mistake to go there. Without even getting it checked they said it will take 21 days and that maybe I will have to pay for the repairs. I was really shocked & disappointed that both these phones are under warranty & have been personally used with screen guard and back cover from day one. Also I am a very particular person when it comes to taking care of my electronics. All my excitement & recommending the Micromax company is starting to get diminished. I really am a disgruntled man and am seriously contemplating going to the consumer forum. Can anyone help me with both these phones.My number is 9811992299 & email id is factorydirectr4u@gmail.com. The service of Micromax is really very very poor, if they want their products to be sold out in Indian Market with a thought of increasing Indian economy then they must deliver their best service to Indian customers with proper products.

Please improve your quality. I have purchased Canvas Turbo but it is not as I was expecting. Its quite slow and hangs as well.

mitti, 30 Mar 2014i ordered on 19th ,still showing delivery date as 29 mar, b... moreplz contact customer care ask them to confirm ur order. i was also suffering from the same problem. when i contacted customer care my problem was resolved.

Hello sir,I posted 3year back that make the phone which looks similar to Iphon then u r market will arise.....and u proved ...go for these designs with very little changes ..and also assure every body about the hardware quality of u r phone like other HTC apple...etc (i.e. phone will alive as much it olds) once u did promise to us or all ...u will surly in rising stage to big companies ..neither we will be demolished in front of other companies about quality... The netw... moreDude i ordered MMX knight on 8 March an got delivered at my place by 18 March,but i did face auto restart issue so visited service center an they gave me DOA certificate in 40 mins or so after giving them the phone.
My phone got pickedup from my place by FedEx courier services an by 3 April i will get the new phone.
I used the phone for 3 days network is not issue at all infact i felt the volume is much louder then my old Xperia neo v.
So dont give story of bad service...the service is really good...if u follow all the procedure

i recieved canvas knight today. cannot connect to gogle playstore using the playstore apps on apps screen using wifi. what can be the problem. presently synced to google on my old phone samsung s3.any body can advise
