Hi, I'm using Canvas Knight A350 model for past 4 Months, from 2nd month onwards my phone gets hanging occasionally and now it's getting hang frequently. Where I can take only incoming calls through my ear phone. I went to the service center where the response is very poor and not obliged. I made a mistake to buy this Micromax.
I thought I can save money instated of buying Samsung, but I spent usage time and money.

I am using this phone last four month phone is good but in hand is one big problem is getting hot while playing the game and i am very upset with this phone.

Guys how to improve sound quality in this phone? The inbuilt music player is not good. There is no bass effect and wide stereo while listening in headset. At first i thought it was of headset quality but later i realized that was music player's issue. Even low cost mobiles produces good quality music. I totally frustrated for this issue. Micromax promotes that this phone included with yamaha amplifier which totally rubbish. Guys any idea to improve sound quality while listening music. Please help. Mine is upgraded version (Kitkat) and please advice how to downgrade to ICS?

Worst phone i have ever seen.
U have to dial every number two times. Cz on the first dialing the person u will be calling to, is not able to listen to ur voice. But u can listen his/hers. So u have to disconnect the call and dial again. Then it works.
Head ache it is.
I m facing a problem right from the day i purchased.

dear friends, I am using this for last three months and submitted my review : I purchased it with rs.14200/- A. GOOD THINGS: cool design, handy display size,android 4.4.2, good wifi & wifi hotspot,ram 2gb,
B.AVERAGE THINGS: battery backup,front camera,dual sim standby,processor,internal 25GB.
C.BAD THING: built-in-battery,rear camera performance,softwares(can't delete it),hangs and softwares stop many times. 1sim only act 3G at a time.
price is high-- actual 8-10K . it is only for rich man, who rely on style not for performance.
smsng prime duos rs.8000K is better for performance at cheap rate.

Not worth buying for.
Worst phone I ever used.
Issues like heating up and short battery life are very common in this set.
One more major issue which I experienced was navigation buttons or we can say touch navigation buttons stopped working suddenly now I am not able to use my cellphone because of this.
If somebody know the solution for this please reply back, it will surely help a lot.

should it support projector presentation at home
