Hi All
While using the Wifi connection it is not catching the signal and browsing as like other branded mobiles , we need to switch off the mobile and switch on to catch the signal .
After 10 minutes again it back to square .

I am using this phone from 1 yr and i think this is the worst phone i hav ever seen.battery back up is worst. It alwas over heats while playng games. Its 16 mp cam is nothg than super worst . Samsunga 5 mp cameras are better than that 16 mp camera . Over all this phone is dummm . I can score it 1.5/10 .the htc and samsung phones are better at the same price range....

I bought this phone couple of months back, the problem is whatsapp. Am unable to use this app, the app (whatsaap) works only through wifi and does not work from my sim. The worst part is when i complained the same to service centre they used some technical terms that there is a problem with the screen (but the touch screen is working fine) and that needs to be changed but dint not give a clarity of what the excat problem is, more they took my phone for service and dint not give for a month, everytime when i call up the only answer i get is they have not received the component and it will take 1 week then 10-15 days then again 15 days. They really bothered a lot finally i had i get my phone back without the service. Can anyone pls help me how to fix this whatsaap issue.

In my country the mobile radition has been brought down to 850mhz so this mobile is not working 3G ay all...so what should i do to make it work please can any one can help out...

Please please don't buy this phone. I had worse experience buying it. The post service and spare part are much much costlier then other good brand phone.I bought Micromax A350 somewhere in Mar14 when it was newly launched and within 6 month the digitizer (screen glass) was broken. When I call up their service centre to replace the broken glass, I was surprise to know the cost of replacement. It was almost the same price at what the phone was costing @14500. When I ask them its only screen glass they said I have to replace entire panel as only screen glass is not available. They clamed the screen glass is gorilla glass and will not broke so easily. The mobile fell just from a normal height and with very low impact but still the glass broked

ishan, 31 Jan 2015I have just ordered canvas knight a350 but when I see the f... morei have used the phone for the about a year and I have no battery problem whatsoever. Two of friends are also using the same phone and among the three phones only one of my friends phone has battery problem. He bought his phone from some small website. But my friend and I who bought our phones from Amazon are having no problem until now. The phone is running very smooth and the touch is very smoooth unlike other micromax phones.

Dont Buy...Dont buy...
Very very poor service by Micromax.
Having very bad experience. i brought this mobile before three months ago, after 15 days start by blinking display & darken gradually.I contacting locsl service center here in Rajkot ,they detect Level 3 service repair.I submitted my mobile.they said it will took 10-12 days for repair,need to replace Display.after number of chase,even now 45 days past there is no any Answer from service center. one readymade answer parts awaiting. Even though I Complain at Micromax Toll free no. Regarding this matter no answer. They made my life horrible, After paying Rs.20,000.0.
No any responsibility for after sell service.
Still i m waiting for my Mobil to be repaired.
If any Company responsible person read this.Just help me to solve this matter, to understand loyal customer.
Is there any body,who can help me to solve my problem?
