Plz anyone tell me knight phone gets damaged or some fault after few months or it has long term performance.... Suggest me whether to buy this phone or go with moto g2

007, 25 Dec 2014can wifi be used properly on d mmx canvas knight a350?no wifi doesnt work properly u have to connect & disconnect it on & off...its quiet irritating & trust me u wont like it...i have 2 months old canvas knight got screen changed & now wifi is disfunctioning so dont ever buy mmx...............

I m using this phone since last 3 months, purchased online and believe me its very good phone. Previously I was using Samsung and i face hanging problem many time but I am very happy with Micromax performance. Yes camera is not up to 16 mp but still ok.
In short if u r thinking to purchase this phone "go ahead". Gud phone at gud price

my micromax knight A350 does not supports otg..
it say damaged usb, try reformatting when i connect my 16Gb pen drive.
i even tried reformatting and connecting it, but again same comment..
what should i do??

Plzz...dont wast ur mony to invest this phone ....i suggest go to with gionee mobile.... micomax decrease reputation in market....

I am using A350 for the last 2 months.
Faced a few software issues. But the worst part about Micromax is they have extremely pathetic after sales service. I am also using Turbo a250, which started rebooting on its own and frequently hangs.
I gave it for servicing to Indirapuram service center and received it after repeated followup only after 50 days. To worsen the situation the problem still remains the same.
Based on my poor support experience I will never advice anyone to go for Micromax phones.
Such a poorly customer oriented company may soon receive the similar fate of Nokia. Though grounds are different still when brands who aggressively pay attention to customer problems exist in market with better products why will this brand continue existing ? Micromax seriously has to rethink their after sales service strategies or they will soon see sharp decrease in their market share.

I am not able to set picture as a contact image. It is giving a message that unable to save the edited image. Can anyone help me sorting out this issue.

A 350 is getting hot while calling. Heating problem is there. It behaves eratically while charging. U can't perform any task whbuy. charging. So think before u buy

Bt othr side htc hv nither a lot of fetures nor to meet its service center
