Whtasapp get connected only while availability of wi-fi netwrk.... Bt i need to access watsap using mobile data... Plzz help me soon....

I had ta... morehey brother, do one thing, go to software update and uncheck the wi-fi only. you should have mobile data bundle enough to download the firmware update to take place. if u recently purchased then it should be kitkat version but if u purchased long back then it will be jelly bean.. thanks

Bad Quality & Poor Services
Services are poor; Service centers quality is too bad. they are not having solutions for complaints & take 10 days to repair any problem. I had purchased Canvas 4 in sept 2013, almost 2 months phone was in service centre due to repeate problems.
Company selling sub standard product.better to buy other brands. Display not having life more then 1 year.

how can i upgrade the software of canvas knight... I had taken it with Jelly bean... Phone asks me to connect to wifi when tried to upgrade but eventually gives an error on starting the download...!!! When checked with couple of micromax stores they say they dont have the file with them for upgrade... really need help... Its an awesum phone otherwise...!!!
