I Had Prchsd it 3 days back but android is not working and apps r not working n i hve nw rcplcd by a new handset... waste mobile as comapared to samsung mobiles

I have purchase Micromax A45 10 days back. While typing 9 the following messing shows. Error, Sorry, Android process. acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try latter. So, I cannot save the number. Please held me to solve the problem.

Just bought this phone, and am unable to connect it to google....hence no connectivity on play/gmail/whatsapp. But I am able to search google for all other sites. What could be the problem?

its good, but battery back up is too low. it can be used continuely only for 4 hrs.
