its a very awesome phone .........for first time android users .....
the only problem is...its camera is very poor in night

This is for all of you guys who really want to know the REAL SPECS. of Micromax A56..because a56's specs are written "WRONG" on every site on the net.I'll show u the real specs here...i installed "QUADRANT STANDARD EDITION" edition on diz fone and it showed the real specs...So here they are...(common specs excluded)
1. It has 800mhz ARMv7(rev1) processor with 256mb RAM and internal memory 160mb for sure.
2. And the main part...YES!! guys it has a GPU which is Adreno 200 (enhanced).
3. It has Proximity Sensor, Ambient Light sensor, accelerometer and gravity sensor(Wat else do u need in thiz price?)
4.Bluetooth 2.1 (not 3.0)
5. It can play 720p HD video by its default player(played a 720p 136mb video)..now u can think that wat MX Player can do more with it.
6. It has 3MP CMOS camera with an option of 720p HD in it other than 3mp while recording a video(I personally saw it today, but i think it will not work as 720p for sure). Camera quality is not excellent but its good.
7. It has 3.2 inch capacitative touch screen with 262k colors which is quite fast and fully responsive.It has a resolution of 320x480 with 164.83ppi or 165ppi.
8. Phone's battery depends on ur usage buddies!!!
9. Few CONS are ..its RAM should have been atleast 290mb or 512mb, its internal memory could be more atleast near 200mb.
So guys...ur getting all diz within 5.5k...dats definetly amazing and plzzz dont think dat micromax company is a piece of crap...its the 8th largest mobile company in the world. This fone's build quality is awesome.
U can do quite good gaming on this device...and please dont ask me whether it can play temple run or not...i haven't intslled it...but i m sure it definelty run it.
So guys this is the real picture of this phone here.Now you can make ur decision with full
satisfaction.

Pros: Good screen touch, low priced, dual sim
Cons: Very less internal memory, pathetic camera with no explicit option for night mode. Head phone is of cheapest quality and not working properly. Always get package file is invalid error while installing any application from google store.
If u r expecting good music sound, this will sure u dump with disappointment.

but u can manage it wisely.....
1. Dont run too many applications on yr phone.
2. Install apps on SD card.
3. Kill the unnecessary background apps.
4. Dont use Live wall papers.
And overall pls. give some rest to yr phone.... It will show gud response.

D, 24 Jul 2012Is any one having a problem where Micromax a56 just randoml... moreIf u have installed any Antivirus......pls remove that.... Mostly this problem is created by antivirus. if u dont have antivirus.... then check by uninstalling the apps one by one, which u have installed other then the defaults.........hope it will work......

much better than spice stellar craze, my frnd got craze from spice for review purpose.which is not so gud compare ninja 2, go for ninja 2

this is the worst phone i ever had. poor performance, very low battery backup, very low internet speed in 2g, poor gravity sensor.
if u want lower budget android phone then go for it, otherwise don't buy it.

Micromax A80 is the beast comming up with a 2500mah battery with gingerbread. After that A90 will cum up with ICS. But the only disadvantage of A90 will be that it won't support flash content. As it is that ICS does not support flash.
Well friends, wait for a few days and both these awesome phones would b cuming up by August 1st week. Bye... : )

Is any one having a problem where Micromax a56 just randomly shuts down?? mine just keep doing that and then i have to take the battery out and put it back again.. :(
Phone is fantastic, been using it for 1+ week now, just this issue started a few days back..any idea??
