AnonD-87583, 21 Jan 2013yeah bro dese mmx fones r far better than samsung fones as ... morewhat r u saying bro.All the gameloft or ea games that works on galaxy ace or galaxy ace plus is working smoothly in micromax a57.i dont know about temple run or gta vicecity or other developer's games.But gameloft games are working great in my phone.Only those games which are made for galaxy ace or ace plus.

AnonD-103366, 21 Jan 2013and u should have to root this phone and increase ram for p... moreyeah bro dese mmx fones r far better than samsung fones as dose r built wid 800mhz processor which is nt enough to play games widout root,but mmx built 1ghz processor.but dese also required root fr playing high end games but nt all as u said due to low ram.although chainfire lowers d graphics dat help a lot but not so much tht it covers a lot of ram consuming games also.
and morevr increasing ram just makes ur mobile some how fast bt nt increases physical memory,that is why tht is known as swapping.if ur total physical memory after killing all apps and services is still nt equal to ram need by d game evn aftr chainfire thn nthing cn help u.

it is a great phone in just 92$ in india.It can do all the things that a galaxy ace can do.If u want to play gameloft,ea or other developer's high graphics games then just search the game in google for galaxy ace.Download the game for galaxy ace and install it in micromax a57 and follow instructions then u will be able to play.I have this phone with many games like nova,asphalt ,modern combat,gangster,gta 3and many many.If the game is made for and working in galaxy ace or galaxy ace plus then it should be work in micromax a57 too.While playing game multitasking is not smooth.

AnonD-102835, 19 Jan 2013which games are supported in micromax a57 please please tel... moreThis phone is great in my opinion.This phone can do any things that a galaxy ace can do.If u want gameloft,ea or other developer's high graphics games then just search in google.Download the high graphics games like Nova,modern combat,asphalt etc. for samsung galaxy ace.Then install it in micromax a57 and move game cache data to sd card gameloft games folder.Then the games will work.But u have to root ur phone and sawp 512 mb ram.this phone supports all galaxy ace and galaxy ace plus games.

RJ, 19 Jan 2013Which one is better mmx a57 or a52..plz help me.obivously a52 is better thn a57.if u dont belive on me like one of d user recently blaming me fr bad mouthing dis fone,so fr pruf jst go through some other reviewer sites like igyan,gogi,gadgetsindia and thn come here wid ur survey and tell evry one so tht a new user may nt waste his money.bro I hav used dis and also a52(also a87,a100,a110,smsng y,duos,krbn a30,a15) and rooted also.I knw u r confused wid d looks as a57 has a bettr looks thn a52,but here u shud go wid quality coz bro a52 is one of d best two fones frm mmx till nw as they hav nt made it,it is a pure chinese company fone,they just fix their logo on it and resell in indian market.but as we hav misconception regarding chinese fones,many of people rejects mmx prdcts.but as I and othr used i must say(nt only me u cn see othr reviews also) it is best budgt fone.some of d chinese companies(which manufacture d mobiles fr china specially) r included in best companies in d wrld.(zte at no 3 and lenovo at 7,htc at 8 in top 10,nokia at 10).dose fones which we got as chinese fones were made only fr india and othr developing countries which were so bad.so I thnk u hav gt ur answer,bt personally wait fr some time as mmx gonna launch budgt mobile wid 512 mb ram soon.

AYESHA, 20 Jan 2013bro i need only net. i have no interest in playing games .i... moreI assume tht u hav gone through many of d reviews regarding mmx a57 and u r nw well known abt d prblm regarding call drop,low calling voice,poor calling performance.as many of dem also went fr upgradatn of soft on service centre bt prblm is still dere.i didnt go to service centre coz i knew it is manufacturer fault so i jst root it and sold it.ok these r d main problems fr a nrml user but as u purchase it u try to figure it out.and thn u face anothr big prblm regarding low ram and dis prblm takes u to another bunches of prblm like limited task at a time,hanging,many apps crashes as dey require ram bt u havnt.
so dese r d prblms of dis set.
nw as u r asking abt hd videos,let me tell u hd videos means 720p and 1080p,and these r nt possible in dis mobile,nt evn dis,mobiles having 4inch also nt support dese videos(tried on a87 and karbn15)
fr dis u hav to wid minimum 5inch screen giant like mmx a110.nw it depnds upon u wht u wnt a good luking fone wid dese faults or any othr!

amit, 20 Jan 2013Whn I dwnld any app from store it shows error,tell me what ... moreyeah bro I hav also heard same prblm frm some of d users.I hav discussed some of d steps wid thm bt they didn't give feedback.nw here I suppose tht u hav already synchronized ur email id wid d mobile as play store strongly needs it.u shud have proper space in ur internal rom fr installation.u shud hav proper net connection.check In setting-applications-account and sync,there both optn shud be checked,specialy below one.
if all dese u hav tried and prblm still there thn u hav to go wid phone reset setting.dis will definetly solv ur prblm.
bt acrding to me u shud go wid 4shared instead of gogl play,dis will nvr show u error and all app will be free

shubhz, 19 Jan 2013I have been using the phone for past one week and I have ha... morebro its nt ur fault tht u r thinking tht like me 1or two people r bad mouthing it coz u r a beginner as u r using it since only 1week.I hav left it after rooting 1mnth ago,so I know wht r d prblms regarding dis mobile.
with d time u will also able to deduce ur mistake of buying dis mobile due to mainly low ram coz many of t
prblms arises due to dis low ram.and whatevr u planning abt swapping to increase ur ram will be remain a dream coz swapping wont increase ur ram at all,although there will be slightly boost in performance but evn thn u r nt able to do large stuffs which consumes more ram.and as u say "wht more u cn expect in 5k",as I posted many times d mobiles like karbonn a15,a5+,mmx a52 they r also in same budget but whnevr u will use them u will get d experience dat wht ws u using and wht ws u missing.if u r nt getting any hardware error nevr means tht dis mobile is error free,evn u shud thnk 2 god tht u hav got one right piece.

I have been using the phone for past one week and I have had no such problems. actually after reading all the reviews I have noticed that there are only 2-3 people bad mouthing it in their repeated opinions here.
To be honest, at 5k its the best and most obvious choice for smart buyers. I have downloaded quite a few apps from Google Play and they all run flawlessly, even apps as big as adobe and offline dictionary of 9mb downloaded seamlessly on my 3g over WiFi and installed too. For running WhatsApp, you will first have to update it via Google Play, which I did and am now using it. No software/hardware problems. it could be that the newer lot is better than the older ones which the sulking reviewrs here must be possessing, coz I really did everything on the phone and had no complaints at all.
I am loving it as the display is awesome. the only con is that its low on Ram.. had it been 512mb, it would've driven xperia and other new smartphones out of business as its less than half their price.
strongly recommended for everyone..
Im wondering if I should root it and swap the internal memory to increase Ram.. but then, the phone is working too good to play with it.
yes, the earphone and charger quality is as bad as some Chinese toys.. but everything takes a back seat with the mobile phn compensating everything else.
