This is not the best phone. It has hanging problems. It hangs even while watching videos from saved files, using whats app, any app for that matter. This phone suddenly hangs after a call and u cannot even unlock the phone. this phone really sucks:(

Probably one of the worst phones... Too much bloatware.
-3 built in browsers [srsly?]
-2 built in games [they suck, and you cant remove them]
-many more built in media apps [I dont use them and i cant uninstall them]
-Audio jack is awful [when using combo-jack earpiece, only background sounds can be heard]
-Viewing angles are shit [moves phone 1 degree down and screen goes inverted]
-SIM card slots are cheap and break easily [my 3G SIM slot is gone... im stuck on G (2G phased out here)]
-Camera is shit [2M, camera is black and white, Camera crashes 99.999%of the time]
-OS is horrible [Cannot use WiFi in Airplane mode; most other phones can do that]
-Frequently lags, crashes, apps cant work [Whenever i open an app, i get the error "Unfortunately, XXX has stopped working"
-Shit compatibility [most apps(e.g. Instagram, Clash of Clans) cannot be installed via playstore]
-Multi-touch doesnt work in portrait orientation

This is a bad phone. It hangs and crashes like crazy.
It's hanging even as i'm writing this review.

i m using dis phn for 1.5yrs its d best phn in Rs.5300 it ddnt hanged yet,it ddnt fall yet,it ddnt scratched yet its d bst.
nd I m not thinking for changing itt i want to use itt more

I used this phone for 1.5 years. In that i faced some issue with touch screen and had to change touch screen 2 times. Overall experience was good. In Rs. 5700 i used it for 1.5 yrs. Paisa vasool ho gaya. Now after using it for 1.5 yrs i m getting multiple issues in phone and there is no guarantee that repairing will solve the problem. So time to buy a new phone now.

The worst phone...it is a hanging problem while using whatsapp..playing games..facebook etc.sound quality is not good..we cannot listen properly..camera is a average.plz dont buy..go to other phone at this prize..I sure other phone is good than canvas a63.

Think 1000 times before u buy it,,, it's good for a 9-15 year's boy or girl,.. If u don't believe me then u will know when u buy this one!!! Sorry but that's my opinion

I'm using A63(more than a year). It's nice. I use internet 24 hour a day. charging once. I've more than 150 games in a particular file. But i installed only 10. Nice phone ya... Have fun...

Very bad phone. It is not a smartphone.
Concall option there but doesnt work.
Camera very poor quality.
Battery takes 3 hours to charge
Voice quality very bad.You cant hear songs.
Everyday the message size gets full and you have to delete the message.

Touch is not smooth while charging.camera is too bad . keybord is also not good.this phone is worst and fedup with this

i don't know why but WiFi tethering from 1st sim is not proper and doesn't supports earphones with mic?any solutions to this guys?
