Operating System
Galaxy Star Pro runs Android jellybean 4.1 whereas canvas Fun A63 runs JellyBean 4.2 which of-course is more latest and has improvements over Jellybean 4.1.

Chipset
Galaxy Star has got single core 1GHz Cortex-A5 processor under the hood, whilst Fun A63 has 1.3 Ghz MTK 6572 dual core processor. So more power, smoother user interface and execution of apps.

Both the devices have 2 MP rear camera. But Galaxy Star Pro has hi quality of camera, where camera quality has low evn though it has flash light for Fun..

Battery
Again both devices house 1500mAh battery. But Galaxy Star manages to give talk time of 15hrs and standby time of 370hrs whilst Fun A63 gives just 4 hrs of talk time and 135hrs of standby time.This would be mainly because Canvas Fun has a more powerful processor but still this is the weakest point of the device.

Also vanila android web browsers may not be able to run the plugin so do install Firefox, i have seen other browsers freezing when streaming live but Firefox has been decent throughout...
