SWYPE doesn't come pre-installed in a70,just u have to download it from market...i have installed SWYPE in my a70 long ago... :)

through comme... moreI have personally used one of my frnd's Galaxy Y for a week and found it is a great phone @7000
Now all Y's are coming with 2.3.6 and problems related to battery & SD Card is no more. Those who complain of battery, dont know how to save battery. Also each & every smartphone drains battery very fast. So no issues in battery.
The resolution is bit low but the hardware quality is excellent. No Lags in application. Wi-Fi, Radio, Earphones etc are of excellent quality considering the price. Also Galaxy can be updated using KIES. Y supports SWYPE keyboard where as MMX A70 does not. Those who have not used SWYPE, they missed a lot.
LG Optimus is no doubt better phone comparing to Y. But price difference is almost 2000-3000. If anyone can afford LG Optimus, then they can also afford HTC by paying another 2000. So, MORE SUGAR = MORE SWEET.

a better option is lg optimus net, bigger
screen, better resolution 320x480, 512mb
ram,1500mAh battery,3.15mp autofocus
camera...if u can afford 7 thousand, I think u
can manage 9 thousand :)

u always say mmx customer service is poor & that's true :)
say what is true( mmx customer service is poor ) but don't say any offensive words to others if they say what is true( a70 is a good mobile )

MMX can give this phones at such a low rate because its hardware quality is worst and they do not care of after sale service which is of utmost importance.

it never lags..only pbm is its 5mp cam...which has gud clarity but not sharpness..i'll read,play,watch...everything on dis...u can spend all ur time on dis..if u've wifi...default and some launchers lags use launcher like espier,helix launcher.

if u didn't submitted ur mobl then i would suggest u to do a factory reset which should solve ur problem(in ur case, tell that person to do a factory reset)...

kamsa, 03 Jan 2012hey friends, first of all happy new year, actually i m plan... moreA70 is a good mobl but micromax customer service is bad...once u hav ne problem in ur mobl then they took long time to repair & in many cases they fail to repair...that is d only reason,i am not advising u to buy a70 except that A70 is d optimum mobl for RS7000...
Samsung y has also few issue likes small screen,low resolution,battery problem,sd card problem,poor camera etc...
that's why i am advising u to increase ur budget & buy lg optimus net which cost around 9k which is best in its class...

I have purchased A 70 in november 2011 for my 18 year old daughter.Our guest tried to open her phone in her absense and phone got hang.Our phone is in warrenty period but then also at service centre they told us that we will have to pay Rs 250/ Then he told that he is not able to solve problem It will take minimum 3 days or may need to send to Micromax company.Also Charger of Micromax are of worst quality.He agreed to replace my charger but it will take 15 days.I wonder what is use of service centre? Why shall I pay extra charge in warrenty period?

I am using micro max .. its awsome phone in budget all the functions is supperb ... if you compare to samsung phone like galaxy y galaxy pop galaxy feet so after you seen you can check from your side that micromax a70 is much better chiice . becoz in samsung low budget android phone in range of 10000/- does not having the quality. poor screen resilution. poor qulity exprience .. but in micromax a 70 its supperb phone guyz... you can purchase it wurhout any doubt.. its my personal exprience ..so ignore all rubish talk about the phone ... its a supeb phone go and take it now ...
