i found on the net that igyaan had tweaked this mobile to give video resolution of 640x480. Anybody has any idea how to tweak it??

Micromax A70 is best android phone in less price.Touch
scene is brilliant & I think it is best product in its class.You cannot get everything in this price.And its best android phone for middle class.
Please if you enjoy android in this price its brilliant,
go and buy it.

i hv micromax a60 ........ i hv not buy a70 ......
i only dont like abt micromax company dat we cannot format de phone ....... for format we hv to go to micromax carecentre
comparison to other company like samsung... nokia micromax truly suckss ... but android rocks ....

Micromax official support team when i mailed them they responded saying that an upgrade to Gingerbread is not possible. So guys don't expect an upgrade . The nly reason why iam hesitating to purchase dis mobile even its looks are tempting is b'coz micromax mobiles doesnot have any resale value and their short lasting existance

Guys, I have emailed to micromax official support team regarding an upgrade to Ginger bread but they said that an upgrade is not possible. So don;t expect any upgrade of froyo to Ginger bread in a70. But the design of this mobile is tempting and eye catching. The nly reason y i don't purchase this mobile is that this a mobile from MICROMAX whose mobiles lasts for a very short duration

i know it has 5mp camera but my question is does it produces images better than nokia n73(3.2megapixal)
.
i am asking ths question coz i have seen the image quality of micromax with 2mp it is comparable to nokia 1.3mp

I have been using this phone since the last couple of months and believe me it is a complete value for money.
Touch response is flawless, audio is good, camera produces much more than average pictures in decent amount of light; video recording is ok type but not disappoiting at this price point.
It will even get a gingerbread upgrade plus video calling is already supported via fring so its all in all a complete package which can give any other cell phone maker a run for their money.
Go ahead and buy it guys !!!!
