in my phone the slide touchpad is nt working and i cant press the P&M alphabat when i go to customer service centre they said just turn ur phone & use it.... is this problem comes with company ?

The phone is less than a month old and hangs up when simulataneos apps are runni g in parallel,like downloading torrent and browsing news,with whatsapp and gmail arw logged on... Its very unsatisfying for a new phone that can't handle multiple tasks, which a smart phone should do..
