Hello guys..
I've been using this phone from last 5 months. The phone is really good supports video calling in skype, good back camera, ips lcd, good battery.
Device memory is low although you can transfer most of the apps to sd card and ya weight is there..
But overall value 4 money, can't buy this type of phone at that price...

i have been using this phone for 2 months n i am very much satisfied ....
NEGATIVE POINTS
* 136 mb internal memory is low but the phone works very well..
* Internet speed is slow quite embareesing
POSITIVE POINTS
*no lags
*plays HD videos fluently
*GAMES can be easily playes
*temple run 2.commando,real racing plays elegantly
*camera quality is average.

Please do not buy this phone...i bought this phone 1 month back & really regretting it...here are the reasons:
1. Extremely low internal memory ( only 134MB which is a joke at this price)
2. Very poor battery if ur a net browser..battery doesnt last even 12 hrs with full charge even if u browse the net for 1/2 hr to 45 mins..despite being a 1630 mah battery
3. Weight of fon is incredibly high..feels like carrying a brick in ur hand
4. Music player has a bug..song volume suddenly jumps for a second piercing ur ears even after installin poweramp
5.No resale value whatsoever
6.Phone doesn't download apps on sd card directly even after choosing the option from settings hence u cant download more than 3-4 apps at a given time
7. Last but not the least..the SAR value is very high...dangerous enough to screw ur brains in 6 months of usage...Hope this helps :)

mayank, 27 Apr 2013is it bad for health due to radiations? hi, yes im using this phone since the last 1 month now & i do believe its SAR value is 1.63 w / kg which is quite alarming, have myself decided to go for a xperia E now after realizing this which is only 0.87 w /kg of radiation..all micromax mobiles except canvas 3 have high levels of radiation so plz dont buy this brand

it is a one year old lounched phone.
i used it.it is very bad phone.it do't have video calling,further,it"s network mode automatically converted int 3g mode to 2g mode.so u can not watch live 3g tv,
vvery bad phone do not buy it. go for branded sets like sony,nokia,etc

I Wanna buy is phone, so can anyone share "Mail for exchange" or "Pushmail" is available in Micromax elite A84 or not??

Hi all ive been using thois phone for the last 15 days & here are the results :
Good ips lcd display, touch sensitivity not very good.
camera is good @ 5 MP with flash, internal memory is very low & finishes off fast, games like temple run are decent to play on this.
battery life is good enough for 1 whole day with full charge as long as there's not much internet browsing.
Howeve biggest drawback with all micromax phones are that they are all very hih on SAR Radiation levels & hence are generally not recommended..please make note of this..DONT RISK UR HEALTH TO SAVE 2-3k rupees..its not worth it..go for a more reliable brand like samsung or sony instead even if less features..thats what ive decided to do..hope this helps!
