its seems like an awesome phone with great specs (let alone the camera which truly sucks)
the thing i am worried about is even though i am not a brand fan but still i don't have complete faith on the quality and services provided by the company

This is a very good phone for the following reasons
1 it has nvedia tegra 2 soc which is dual core and has good ulp geforce gpu
2 the build quality is topnotch it is very resiatant to abuses i had dropped it like some 10 times still no damage
3 it has gorilla glass layer which really helps
4 the display is not an ordinary lcd it has an ips screen with a very high ppi.I must also.quote that apple also uses ips screen in their iphone and macs the only difference being that iphone has higher resolution
5 this phone is also known as k touch w 700 in china and it has some very good developer s support they are actively working on different roms and will port ics to this phone
6 almost any app or game will run on this device you will not be dissappointed with it
7 has a large 8 gigs of.internal storage with expansion slot
8 it is dual core so it.must give very good multitasking and good.battery life only thing holding back its battery life is lack of good rom for it
update for 2.3.4 is available at android forum s which improves its battery life significantly
there is also a baseband update for this phone
Has higher quadrant and neocore scores than lg optimus 2x with new.rom
SO WHAT R U WAITING FOR. ALL THIS FOR ONLY INR 11,000 THIS IS A.DEAL THAT U SHOUDNT MISS

i went to mmx showroom to confirm the rate of screen as i have broken screen
i ask them for price of new device they told me they can best provide me for 12k

Ok so i have been using this phone for the past 2-3 weeks.
It is an excellent phone.
Looks great, Amazing performance.
Battery is poor. Flash could have helped.
Microphone is also poor, I am habituated to speaking softly, so will take a little getting used to.
@ applicationz.. Could you elaborate on your comment that the mic issue was fixed by changing basebands. Exactly how did you do that.
Ohhh yeahh, and i can get you the phone @ 12K with bill and warranty.

@Anonomoose it was available in flipKART for rs 11350. but now its showing out of stock. i am really eager to purchase this. despite of many negative comment am with MICROMAX. can you guys all help to get it in that price. its dual core and it rocks.

I dont think he's bluffing.
It was available at flipkart for INR 11500 for a couple of days. I was on the verge of buying it (Dual core at that price!) but read too many negative opinions.
Also, Micromax itself is selling it for 13K in Delhi.
