I am damm sure that this Anonymous is just faking the reviews and is working as a Vigilant of Other India Mobile company..
If you get better product, why are you just writing nonsense. It is correct that this phone resembles a Russian Phone Explay Infinity and Chinese Gionee. Aren't there other phones that resemble other country phones ??
Just waiting to get this phone.. I am sure i am investing my bucks on this phone..

Guys i bought this mobile before three weeks back.. its been a good experience with this mobile.. very excellent product in a very less cost.. go ahead and grab your piece..
Gtalk app is not in-built in this . I tried to download from web and installed.. Text is fine but when i click the voice/video chat immedietely error displayed as " unfortunately , talk has stopped" and app closed.. can anyone help me in this regard.. or anyone can provide me a working link for gtalk for Micromax A90... Thanks in advance

Why would a company offer so many things in 12000/-.

With the pride of buying a mobile from an Indian manufacturer, bought a new mobile( Micromax A90) on 29th Aug 2012 from Poorvika, T-Nagar @ Chennai. Just as the tag line says “Nothing Like Anything”, unlike any other mobile I used so far, have been facing so many problems with this mobile, every time I hold this mobile I feel like throwing it away. I wonder if Micromax does quality check before releasing a product into market, faced following issues with this mobile –
1. Very frequent refreshing while messaging - which is in turn resulting in huge delay while chatting.
2. Mobile is hanging while using Internet – pathetic internet experience.
3. Not able to play games - no point in calling it a smart phone.
4. Not able to download apps, even if downloaded after Hercules challenges not able to use any App - no point in calling it a smart phone.
5. Not user friendly - taking ages to find out easy way of usage.
6. We have to switch-off and on, each time we use Internet – got to close all the open apps.
7. Not able to open attached images from mails –no point in configuring mail box with this mobile.
8. Long time to charge and consumed in no time- tragic battery life.
9. Not able to forward messages - fed up typing the same message again and again.
10. Not able to write message and then add contacts - already typed message will be erased.
11. Lock button is not functioning properly - only way to switch on the mobile.
12. Not audible when we are outside – surprised that a mobile in 2012 doesn’t have noise reduction facility.
13. Calls can only be heard in left ear – very surprising, but this is the reality.
14. Voice imbalance in the headset also - could not feel the music as it has to be felt.
15. Poor sunlight legibility – one advantage is, I started using this mobile as a mirror when I go out.

Please get it rectified with micromax Customer care and you will get repaired. My friend's phone is working fine.. I am still waiting for this product to re-launch to buy..:)

micromax juz cheat us by put their name on cheap chiana mobile gionee gn868...
plz plz plz dont buy this its totally waste of money..

amoled display is cheaper n less colour saturation
no music chip so sound playing in earphone is horrible.
if u r music lover then u must not go wid it
camera quality is very bad only 72 dpi
noise is very high in day light also
looks chinese..... phone totally out dated hardware configuration
i juz sold it at 9000 in mumbai...with fault...
