Any one replaced the Micromax A90 battery with any other brand battery ? Which other battery can fit in the micromax A90. Please help

i had the same problems - low ear piece volume, low video recording volume etc.
had gone to the service center. they replaced the ear piece and it worked fine as some pieces had defective ear pieces. as per the service center one big and silly problem is that some pieces did not have a hole drilled at the back panel where the mic is placed on the mother board. they just changed the panel and video recording sound is normal now.
the quality control guy was not feeling well i guess : ) or there is no quality control department at all : )

MICROMAX A90 ROCCCKKKSSSSSSSS..........
outstanding camera - taking video is amazing [no need to carry anymore digicam]......amazing applications on play store on android market to download........if you want to move your apps stored in phone memory - download 'APPS 2 SD' application from android market [play store]& free space on phone memory by moving apps to sd card.......if you are a SKYPE user then this phone is outstanding to make voice & video call [i m enjoyin it]......the best device to tether [tethering] on your laptop using mobile internet by connecting with hotspot tethering from phone to laptop.........amazing speed by using WIFI at malls - shopping area - at home......battery lasts for 2 days using 2hrs - 3hrs of internet - 2hr music - 2 hrs video/ playing games [charge battery for 5 hrs in one go for best performance & do not charge in between unless it shows low battery or there is an urgency - very important, avoid charging on computer-laptop usb port as it effects the battery IC and battery life unless required - do not use phone when in charging as well].........wats app - viber - fb chat is real fun......yes it is true tht music on speaker the volume is low but use the headphone s is amazing provided in the box....wat esle to expect @ 13000k compare to other smart phones...GUYSSSS NJOYYYYYMICROMAX A90 FOR FAB PRICE FOR 13000K.......OTHER MANUFACTURERS WAKE UP BEFORE YOU BREAK UP & BEAT THE PRICE.........:-)
Also to add further - Play store works excellent on wi-fi connection where the one download exclusive free apps....:-)NJOYYY

Pramod, 03 Nov 2012handset is good but music volume is very low & camera i... morealmost all the previous bugs are fixed in Micromax A90s like low earpiece sound ,low video rec. sound etc..... it is having a good camera I will say as good as galaxy S2 has in day light.... yeah but in low lights, its not tht good.... still wht you're getting is tht best fone in 13k..... so go for it...

I bought this phone a few days back. Good screen and colors. Camera is good in day light and Average in low light conditions. Built quality is good. Slim and sleek phone. Touch response is good. GPS settings need some tweaking. Battery performance is above average. Needs tweaking with Auto sync, screen brightness, data controls etc for saving battery. Plays downloaded 720p hd videos from youtube smoothly. Sound quality is good for indoors and low for outdoors. Voice clarity is good without distortion but a bit low outdoors. Installed third party app to boost volume of ear piece to use in noisy places. Not a big issue for me. 500 mb for apps, 2gb internal memory for music and videos. RAM 484 mb with 100 to 150mb free depending on your usage. This phone is true value for money. I am happy that i dropped the idea of buying the samsung galaxy s duos.

i bought mmx 90 for 13.000...before 20 days back. but now micromax launches dual core mmx 90s... the price difference is also too low...i dont know what to do .....bcas a 90 incoming volume is too low...
