I have this phone. The problem is, there are so many bloatware installed on the device. If you disable and uninstall those unnecessary apps then this device will run fine. Don't expect too much from this device though. 4G JIO works perfectly fine. Camera is average. Loudspeaker sound is awesome. Battery life is average. I am a moderate user. Battery holds one day charge for my usage. I am happy with this phone.

Purchased on 24/11/2018. Started hanging in the 1st week itself. Advised by seller to remove and reinsert battery every time it hangs. Blank screen within 2 months - February First Week - no display and didn't switch on, just a vibration.
Attending at the service center ( delivered at the service center on18/02/2019), very poor. Said it is Circuit Board complaint. On replacing the same, I was told that the display is defective and had to be replaced. The device has not been delivered after repairs till date 06/03/2019, Don't advocate purchase of any model with Bharat Label...
