we cant say it is a worst phone its internal ram is very low only of 512mb so we have to download and move the applications to sdcard and then run on it. By trying this way we can speed up the process and then the phone wont struck but only one disadvantage is battery backup that's all. try this friends keep the phone update

I faced problems like not getting calls, hanging.yesterday i visited micromax check point they suggested me to keep phone internal memory minimum 50 mb free. Now its not hanging and able to pick the calls.

I use this phone 2 month,very good phone very very good phone internet is very fast touch is very good. I love this phone nokia & samsung only brand name. this phone is very fast, looking good

cost is to cheap but processor is very slow and even i am not getting calls from other phones its to bad.when i try call from other phone it always says number is busy but first it ringing one time its not know by user

The worst product in the market available is this product.
The service center is more worst that the product.
If U give your new mobile for repair then they will
give u a 2nd & 3rd hand set in replacement with more
greater problem that u have in your new set.
Its not only my experience but my several's friends have the same problem you can check before going for this product.
