I have used this phone but it was unenjoyable. It was having continuous battery and software issues. The battery drains in 2 hours and you have to pay for some of the software features. Also, the power button fell off just after 7-9 months of use and I take care of my devices properly. This is a bad value. It is to be thrown in the trash. Don't sell it. It will have a resale value so small that it'll make you laugh.

This is the worst mobile of my life I will not buy any micromax device next time.Previously bought 2 pcs and both are useless due to software without any fault from my side.

i bought micromax 5 e481 three years after back, after using this mobile, i promised to myself that i will never buy any micromax mobile, before buying this mobile i had purchased doodle 3 also but that mobile was also bad performer..... now using OPPO and Samsung with satisfaction

is canvas 5 scratch proof glass?no,all fake macromax phones are not brandad,so dont buy these smaetphones that not are branded.like this company say one thing,work othwr thing.

Worst smartphone ever, from the starting i was suffering due to automatic touch problem from a part of screen, service centre didn't helped me, then i suffered due to bad battery backup & software damage several times & each time i paid Rs. 250 for it. During last software update the person at service center had taken out original parts & lend me the phone saying now nothing can be done with this phone, it will never start now. All my precious time & money wasted due to this phone. Worst phone, worst service, worst brand ever

Picture clarity i very gud. But battery is very bad. It takes around 3_4hrs fr complete charge and by continuous usage battery will drain off with in 2_3hrs

Very nice phone. I am using it since 2.5 years. No problems have seen yet. Using dual sim with one jio network 24x7 hours. Its performance is very high. Thanks Micromax for this flagship handset. No hanging problem. I suggested to buy this phone if budget is below 12k.

I have been using this phone for more than a year and in my opinion the phone quality is good the display is very nice response good to high graphic games and videos. 4G support is awesome, but the biggest downside is the battery which hardly last for few hours even if it is in standby mode. This problem is since day one and charging takes pretty long. Updates are no where to be seen from Micromax. Please improve battery or I may switch to other brand.

This mobile is very fast discharge because my work is affected. So replaced the batteries in good conditions
