Don't ever purchase micromax phones..my canvas knight 2 purchased in August last year has serious heating,dialer issues..worst of all my mobile us in warranty than also they are charging money for software issues saying imei sticker absent on the back of the phone..worst company ever..

rahul, 12 Jul 2016have you ever tried other service center they are more... moreYes, I've used almost all Service Centres, all gave me the Biggest Shocks of my life. Apple wanted me to pay ~ 15,000 for Screen Replacement for the iPhone 5c, LG took 2.5 Weeks to replace the battery of a Flagship (G2), Samsung took 5 Weeks to replace the Galaxy J7 and is still pending, Xiaomi took 32 Days for a small SW Repair (maybe a Hard Reset was enough though)! HuH! MMX provided much better than these, I got the Yureka replaced in 2.5 Weeks and my Canvas Gold's Charging Point was replaced in 2 Weeks (Gold was discontinued then). Despite the fact that more than a 100 Cases each month come to the Micromax to deal with fake or non-existing problems and it manages TWO brand (Micromax and Yu) whereas the others manage only one brand and don't get stupid cases but still provide bad servicing.

i've been using micromax canvas 6..
and its been working fantastic..
only prob i'd got while using dis fone.. is dat.. its back cover n screen guard are not avail. in the market.. instead it's been like 2 months now..
please help me with this issue.. as its fr the protective measures of my fone

Awesome Phone
camera quality is awesome . finger print senser works awesome it open very fast. battery last neer about 8&9 hours that is not bad for me. no hanging. has data saving mode. that save my data I am using this phone and it works awesome. and it heat when you use phone continuesly about 4-5hours and cool down very fast good deal in 13999. must buy 👌

Jaya, 28 Jun 2016Pathetic Experience with Micromax Canvas 6. I bought this f... moreCan you give details about what is defected and condition of the phone instead of blabbering out! And it is barely a month past the release of this phone and you have contacted the Service Centre for over 1 month! The deliveries started from the end (25th or so) of May and I bet you weren't the first person to order the phone that you will get it so soon and detect that it is defected and try searching for a MMX Service Centre in your city and then contact it and finally deposit and go for many consecutive days to listen the so called '100s of stupid reasons' and then contact them after 1 month again to get your calls rejected for about a week or so and again finally contact AGAIN to know that your phone isn't replaced! WoW! At least plan your complain well so you don't get caught! Fake Complain!
