Having problem with the phone. Doesn't want to restart, when start Micromax logo appears but then blank. Even tried rebooting, but not use. Any suggestion?

Nice phone and nice touch response. Very faster than S5 and S duos 2(of my family members) and the main cons are there is no file manager and the cameras are not suit for the size of the phone, and no more problems

i bought micromax canvas a1 cell yesterday, i have not downloaded any applications or games, but still the phone has very poor battrey back up, the phone without any usage also the battrey is dead within 4-5 hrs...what to do ?? please reply.
also it is not detecting memory card...when i try to use camera it is asking to insert memory card, inspite of a memory card being there inside the phone...pls help..
