There has been a problem with canvas a1
The ringtone does not ring for full duration. It will ring for half the duration and vill vibrate henceforth without putting the phn to silent.
Firstly the phn had this problem with default ringtones, after changing them with the app it worked fine for some dqys but again the same problem
Ringtone rings only till half the duration of an incoming call.

I have not been able to download and install apps from google play store..the downloading animation appears but nothing happens for hours..any one facing similar problem??

A simple thing to set ur favorite ringtone....
Paste the tone inside the folder, sd card->media->audio->ringtones....
Then go to settings->sound->phone ringtone.
All the tone u pasted there will be in this list.
Select ur favorite and enjoy guys... ;-)

Everything is good except the battery backup Micromax could have provided atleast a 2000mah battery if not more
