for accessing files in this mobile please go in setting>storage> then under sd card click on respective sections like app,music, files, download etc for quickly accessing them or just download and file explorer

Well see Canvas A1 is a google product ..so obviously its having "Google Drive' so just upload your files there and literally it'll act as a file manager ..

So what you can do is just click on the "upload files" option and choose the "SD card" folder...Literally "Google Drive" will act like a file manager....
