The phone is good
I have open the phone but not showing file manager and gallery app. I traing to send app vai Bluetooth is not send and aslo open song from music opp it is not support kindly Help..

when got it on my hand i just opend it i saw the no file manager
tried to get over bluetooth no any apps sending other file were going nicely
play store issue when i download the app on 2g data
app not downloads loading bar loads no downloads shows on screen
but i tried over 3g and wifi its downloading

This is an excellent mobile from micromax.it is the competitor to high end devices and also its the best device in between 5000/- an 10000/-.

Superb phone at this price. I have bought this & using it. I will give 4 out of 5.
It's feature are good but I will introduce its bad site.
1)No file explorer - but you can downtown it from play store
2)No gallery - but you can download quick pic from play store
3)In browsing Gujarati pages can't open - but you can use uc browser to solve it.
4)Main problem is play store is slow in this phone but this solve by recharge in 3g
After this it is very good phone at 6500.it
Buy it.
There is 2.25 GB ROM is available for apps.
About 950 mb RAM is available.
Performance is good.
2 year guaranteed update of android by Google.
Sound & camera are good.

Hello Friends,
I just received MM A1 from Amazon.in. Everything seems fine so far. I installed ES file manger and some other Apps from my backup .apk s without issue.
But when i open play store it is not at all listing any pre installed google apps or manually installed apps.No updates possible for pre installed apps.
Only big problem i am facing with play store is when i try to install Sygic maps, after installing both from mobogeni/ apk file, when i first run sygic try to download some resource files and it is giving error downloading from play store, saying "download failed because you may noy have purchased this app."
Sygic is a free app with in-app purchases.
Please guide me how to use Google play store on this mobile?

Seco... more I have booked the Canvas A1 on 16th Oct and got it delivered at Kochi(Kerala) on 18th Oct,ie. within 2 days though the scheduled date was 21st Oct. Also My other two consignments from Amazone(Not A1, Rs.300-Rs.350 worth products) ,one to my same address and other to Mumbai have delivered well in advance. So No complaints so far about Amazon Delivery Service.
Coming to Canvas A1, At this price, the features latest technology they offer is awesome. They clearly says in their specifications that there Battery Back up is only 6 Hours and Battery capaacity is 1700mah. So I dont think is fare to complain about it after purchasing the same.
The main concern may be the absence of file manager in phone, experts says this can be solved by downloaading some file managing software from Google Store.
I am having only a few days experience with it, may be not in a position to give an authentic review, but In My opinion, This is ofcourse a value for money product.

I bote my micromax a1 last week from amazon.in But the problem is with the backside round peice which is coated in silver colour & now this colour is been fadeing is anyone facing this problem let me know.& plzz someone suggest me...I also complained micromax customer care & amazon customer care but dam no response from them...so Plzzz if some1 suggest me...

I bot this mobil lst wek and i found the mobil is awesomne.
it this has newest android techonology softwaresz. calling Android One. A1.
Touch ferformance is awesomne. digital loog is awesomne.
i suggest, peoples can buy this mobil on amazon.in they delivery all india over. i paid delivery chargess becuz i wanteds in 2 days.
Musik is not as good as new iphone or Htc but standard good.
you can inistall rocket player from googleplaystore and use it insteads of musik player coming with mobil.
hd games palys well. i found batter is ok. for the wrath of the money.
one big probleme i am faczng. i dont know how to move my messgesa from htc phon to this phon. i have lot of impoortnt information in sms formate. which i am not able to moving.
over all of this. this mobil is really a gem and every AAM ADMI can go and purchase this mobil.

First about Amazon... worst experience with Amazon...
Second about GATI.... Worst Delivery...
It took 7 days to get my phone unlike flipart where we get on second day...
Coming to A1...
One and Only con...:
Battery is not on par, on first day with internet and location on it lasted for just 7 hours....
