Whenever I receive any call, WiFi gets disconnected and doesn't connect again unless and until I restart the device....

After inserting new microSIM into my new micromax A1 it doesnt give network coverage at home..but when outside it shows some network coverage say 50%. Could this be a phone /sim card issue? pls help
